J & M Automotive review
Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

Hoffman HondaReviews
Hoffman Honda review
ASK FOR SIMON ... DRIVE AWAY WITH A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE AND A BEAUTIFUL CAR Recently, my car lease expired so I decided to reconnect with my longtime go-to at Hoffman Honda of Avon/Simsbury — Simon Karikari. Admittedly, prior to my visit to the dealership, I felt a little skeptical about whether Simon and team would have something this go round that would truly fit my needs. However, within minutes of my arrival, Simon proved once again why I had come back. From start to finish, the sales experience was smooth, relaxed, and pressure-free. Most of the paperwork was handled ahead of time online, and once I arrived, everything moved quickly and efficiently. For his part, it should be mentioned that Simon is personable, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. No sales gimmicks, no awkward pushing — just a down-to-earth guy who knows how to make the process simple and comfortable. A shoutout as well to Mix, who was equally professional, transparent, and easy to talk to throughout the process. And then came the best part — seeing the car: a beautiful 2026 Honda Civic. I was delighted. Even without being the top trim/model, Honda consistently equips these cars with impressive features and a sleek, modern design inside and out. The entire experience felt seamless, reassuring, and genuinely enjoyable from beginning to end. If you’re considering a Honda, I'd highly recommend Hoffman Honda of Avon/Simsbury. Ask for Simon Karikari — he’ll take great care of you, and there’s a very good chance you’ll leave smiling behind the wheel of a beautiful new car.

Loehmann-Blasius Chevrolet review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Cadillac Lyriq from Blasius Cadillac. Despite having researched the vehicle extensively through YouTube videos, sales representative Rich Noble took the time to thoroughly explain every detail during my test drive, ensuring I fully understood all the features. When I arrived late due to travel delays from Boston and a previous dealership appointment, the team was incredibly accommodating and flexible with my schedule. The pricing process was refreshingly transparent—we negotiated the complete out-the-door price entirely through email with no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. Most impressively, they coordinated with the Massachusetts RMV and delivered my vehicle directly to my home with plates and registration paperwork already completed, saving me an additional trip back to the dealership. Blasius Cadillac demonstrated professionalism, transparency, and genuine customer care throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.
