From the moment I first started looking for new vehicle they were the best. Didn’t give harassing phone calls just simply a check-up phone call. Loved the car and the way I was treated. Rachel was extremely friendly and explained all the options I could get and really listened to my needs and what I wanted. Bobby in finance was also great!! He explained all warranty options but didn’t push on them. Best place to buy a vehicle in my opinion. Great experience and free gifts were great too!!!

Everyone was friendly, polite and willing to work the numbers and make it happen. The only downside is the paperwork. Since I haven't purchased a new car in years, perhaps this is just the way it goes but it took longer to go through all of the paperwork for a new car than it did to get a home equity loan!
Our salesman did a superb job. He made us feel right at home and was very knowledgeable in answering our questions including a lot of new information about the vehicle which we did not know.

I got my truck back Quick. Everyone was friendly and went out of the way to help. But, the repair wasn’t fixed properly and I had to bring it back the next week where they discovered several things wrong. Why not the first time?
My Service Adviser Ken knew why I was bringing in my Pacifica.
He explained to me that the problems I was having were probably software related and he was right.
Knew I wanted to wait for my vehicle; I explained that they could have it for the day since I knew that they would be working on two different items.
I had been going to Sunset but was not impressed with their service, maybe you can say I was depressed with Sunsets service.
Your people seemed to be on top of things which was nice.
