I went for the annual emissions test and it failed because of the evaporator in the charcoal area. There is perhaps a weak voltage going into the system.

John understood my needs and responded quickly with Jeeps to review - after a bit of humming and hawing on my part, I changed my mind to trucks. I found a truck at another facility, John had it tranferred and within 2 days my soon to be truck arrived - and it is a beauty. John was training Matt and they both demonstrated immense knowledge throughout the interaction and I appreciated the ease of communication (not pushy). I cannot comment on the financing portion of the transaction, but closing went just as smoothly with Hubert and his supervisor. WHile impressed with my transaction I was also impressed with the amount of time that was placed on the training of new employees, or employees transferring. While yes my truck need a repair on the fog lights, it is covered under their warranty, I am highly impressed with my experience. From walking in the front door, to having John take my picture of me and my truck with a giant yellow ribbon... every individual at Carmax truly made the buying and trading experience a wonderful experience. Was looking for used car for a month at many locations and was wanting a MKZ as 1 of my top 5 I was thinking about getting. Dealer had 1 I called to check out. Able to get me #s on payments before I came in. Nick new I was OCD after dealing with me over the phone and accommodated all of my needs and had a beautiful machine. The finance staff was very helpful and got vehicle in monthly range I wanted. Walked away with a beautiful machine w/low miles in the price range I wanted with all the features I wanted. Pictures on dealer website were very good and accurate and pricing was very fair. No BS dealer with great staff and good quality machines.

This review is for a 2.0 turbo AWD Equinox Premier that I bought new six years ago and put 95,000 miles on. Sadly, this 252 HP engine was discontinued shortly after I bought it. Only maintenance in its life were infrequent car washes, twelve oil changes, twelve tire rotations, four new tires at 66,000 miles, rear brakes at 72,000 miles, air and cabin filters replaced twice. I’m still on my original battery and original front brakes. It should be noted that I only use 5W-30 Mobil 1 oil and I change the oil myself religiously as the car tells me to, and rotate tires the same week. For disposal, I pour the oil back into the same container that it was purchased in, so I can say without a doubt that the car has never burned (or leaked) a single shot glass of oil in its entire life. I have never reset the odometer since the car left the factory, so I can say that it has averaged 26.2 miles per gallon over its life, terrific given the power that it has, though I will say that almost all of its miles are highway. That also explains why my mileage on my tires and brakes are so good. And I should add a comment on the auto stop/start that so many in here don’t seem to like. I love it.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

I’ve had 3 of this generation Equinox since they came out in 2018, and I got rid of the other ones just because I wanted something else. This time I got a Premier 2.0T AWD. It only had 33,000 miles on it and I’ve only had it a few weeks but so far so good. The 2.0T should’ve been the only motor this car came with!

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Compass Limited Elite. This vehicle has far surpassed our expectations for comfort, handling, road noise and quality. There is very little road noise we hear inside the vehicle, and this allows us to keep the radio turned down to a comfortable level. Handling is exceptional and very responsive. The driver safety features of lane guidance, adaptive cruise control (my favorite) and 360-degree backup camera are now features we will not go without after experiencing first hand performance. I bought this truck new 8 years ago (and 77k miles). I use this truck for truck things like towing a 5,200lb trailer @8 times a year. The V6 has plenty of power and gets good mileage (22 mpg combined, 29 highway empty, 15 pulling the trailer). Reliability has been outstanding. The transmission needs a full flush about every 40k to keep it shifting smoothly. Other than that this truck has been without issue.

I've been driving this car for nearly two years, have added 38k miles on it so far, and am now pushing 95K everything's been great, I haven't had any reliability issues, and everything is running smoothly. However, the gas mileage is nowhere near their claims, granted to don't drive conservatively but I'm getting anywhere from 19-22 mpg. Great car overall, especially for the price.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. I’ve had a great experience with this car. It’s reliable, comfortable, and easy to drive on a daily basis. The engine runs smoothly, transmission shifts without issues, and maintenance costs are reasonable. Went in to look at a 2022 outlander. Worked with Daniel. He was great to work with understood my car buying frustrations and was up front and honest. Worked out a good deal. But I ended up going a different route. Finding honest up front sales people is like finding a needle in a hay stack these days would definitely consider them in the future when I am on the market for a new vehicle in the future.

Most comfortable car I have ever driven. My 6th BMW. So easy to get into tight parking spaces. Brakes a bit tight- need to get used to!

I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. This is our third Rav4. Love it comfort, handling, mpg. Etc. Handles great in all Driving conditions. Like the comfort package Option and the drone mobile app.

Needs oil filter conversion so oil doesn't drain back, Google it..good power, goes anywhere , better than the 2 door for smoother ride,, I would buy again
