Memorable Experience. Shout out to Delmar at Hertz Car Sales. My experience spanned 5 months from when I purchased a pre owned 2023 Toyota Corolla in October 2025 and received an excellent, professional experience. Recently I reached out to Toyota on Arapahoe to purchase / program a second key for the Corolla. I spoke with a service rep who indicated that he would call me back. He never did. I called Delmar and left a message. He responded with in a couple minutes with a contact to have a Toyota key cut / programed. He indicated that he no longer worked in car sales. It has been 5 months since I purchased and he responded in less than 5 minutes. This is a professional with nothing invested who responded and treated as a friend. Thank you Delmar! After a horrid experience at Greeley Subaru that has us audibly growling at every Subaru we see, we ended up at CarMax Loveland. We both worked with Ray, who is so sweet, chill, and fun to work with. We got my husband set up with a beautiful Kia Soul for the price we wanted. Ray put in for a transfer for the vehicle I wanted and sent my trade in to get appraised. CarMax gave me over $3k more for my car than Greeley Subaru was going to! Ray put up with my impatience over the next few days while my Jeep Renegade was brought up to Loveland (it takes a couple days so they can throughly inspect the vehicles). Ray answered all of my questions timely and professionally. I am telling everyone to go see Ray at CarMax. The business center people were all fun and pleasant to work with and seemed to enjoy working there. This was hands down the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we have ever had.
