2021 GMC Acadia review
Very happy with this vehicle. It looks awesome and has the 3rd row seating I was looking for! The color is beautiful. I do wish the drivers seat was a little more comfortable but it's m not a luxury vehicle so that's expected.

I found a vehicle online (2024 Trax LT) through Cars.com at Cappellino Buick/GMC and put in a request for more information. Within a short period of time Dan Hayes from Cappellino reached out to me and answered my questions as well as set me up to look at the vehicle the next day. When I met Dan I had the instant impression that he was invested in his work and that he was listening to me and understood what was important to me. We looked over and then test drove the car, then returned to the dealership to discuss next steps. Before leaving there that day, I was able to establish a price point I felt comfortable with and a trade value for my current vehicle. The General Manager, Clayton Fanning came out to see me and discuss the trade-in evaluation and we worked together to get a number we both felt a little misery and a good deal of happiness with. Dan and I agreed to meet the next day as I would bring my wife in to see the vehicle and then decide to purchase or not. We decided to purchase the vehicle and finance through GM. The entire process was easy, non-pressure filled and we both felt like we were respected throughout the process. The Finance Manager, Matt Donohue, went over everything with us but didn't try to bend our arms and push all types of add-ons onto us. He explained our options very clearly and left no doubt that we were in control of what we wanted or not. Overall it was a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle from Dan and the team at Cappellino Buick/GMC Williamsville. I know firsthand how well they work FOR their customers and I can tell you that having been in the car-selling business years ago for one of their direct competitors I felt that they cared about us, like I cared about my customers. 2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Very satisfied with my Acadia. There are a lot of electronic features that took time to get used to, like transmission by button, but now it is second nature. I can park this SUV in the garage and still transport 6 adult people very comfortably.

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

2023 GMC Acadia review
Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great
