2015 GMC Acadia review
Drove over 2 1/2 hours to look at a specific car- the car did not disappoint but more importantly the whole staff was amazing!! From the first online message to the phone call to the online check in when I got close to them having the vehicle not only detailed and waiting but full of gas and ready for the test drive….. simply the most prepared, most friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, honest group of ppl I’ve ever encountered! And how fun they were!! They made what could have been an exhausting stressful drawn out process the easiest fastest funnest most relaxed and confident decision I think I’ve ever made! Absolutely must give the team of Maraya, Kalista and Tim cudos for going above and beyond and making this dream come true! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs good reliable transportation for themselves or a family member! I really don’t think I could have found a better place to do business with. Yes it was a bit of a drive- but I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. 100% NO regrets!! Can seriously not recommend this dealership and this team enough! Don’t waste time thinking- just GO!! DO IT!! It’s worth the drive!!

2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2011 GMC Acadia review
purchased my acadia in may 23' i did my research before buying it. had all parts inspected and replaced. Everything the mechanic suggested. I havent had 1 issue since then I love my acadia even with all the posted complaints it seems to be a very reliable vehicle clean inside and out paint job is in mint condition interior is spotless motor runs great and i have warranty on all parts i dont see what everyone is complaining about this vehicle is great mind you I had a 2008 acadia that had the worst issues ever every week i was sending it to the shop so the 2011 is by far much better in every way

2020 GMC Acadia review
For the most part I am happy that I bought my 2020 GMC Acadia however I cannot believe they did not provide a locking gas door and there's no gas cap therefore my car is 100% exposed to people who might want to steal gas out of the car and I'd like to add they trim the back size there was no need to do that it would have provided much more room appreci ate it if the sides and the top went straight back instead of contoured aside from those two things again as I said before I'm very happy to own and drive my 20/20 GMC Acadia thank you.

2014 GMC Acadia review
I am a 78 yr old female and have owned this vehicle since 2014. Great vehicle performance and reliability a comfort drive. The only problem I have is with the 2 front doors scraping the paint off the door sill. This vehicle was driven by owner of the dealership for a few months before I purchased it. On the whole I am still proud to drive this vehicle.

Only problem in which I have done research on- many of Drivers Seat plastic bottom tend to come apart (crack up) This can become a grave hazard for safety reasons. This should be done free of charge.

2026 GMC Acadia review
This car has all the features of most higher priced luxury cars. Very quiet ride and super comfortable seats and a large display screen for showing driving directions and those are also on the front dashboard next to the speedometer. I bought the Elevation version and it comes with a rear hitch.

2011 GMC Acadia review
I have enjoyed driving the 2011 Acadia SLT-2 for over 10 years. It is great on the road, especially on long trips, and it's a great vehicle for transporting the grandkids. Our Acadia has been relatively trouble-free. Follow the maintenance schedule and the vehicle will perform admirably for many miles. After 171,000 miles we just upgraded to a 2023 Acadia.

2021 GMC Acadia review
Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

2015 GMC Acadia review
Drove over 2 1/2 hours to look at a specific car- the car did not disappoint but more importantly the whole staff was amazing!! From the first online message to the phone call to the online check in when I got close to them having the vehicle not only detailed and waiting but full of gas and ready for the test drive….. simply the most prepared, most friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, honest group of ppl I’ve ever encountered! And how fun they were!! They made what could have been an exhausting stressful drawn out process the easiest fastest funnest most relaxed and confident decision I think I’ve ever made! Absolutely must give the team of Maraya, Kalista and Tim cudos for going above and beyond and making this dream come true! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs good reliable transportation for themselves or a family member! I really don’t think I could have found a better place to do business with. Yes it was a bit of a drive- but I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. 100% NO regrets!! Can seriously not recommend this dealership and this team enough! Don’t waste time thinking- just GO!! My experience was very good. Gavin was a good salesperson. However, I would NEVER EVER recommend a salesperson to tell ANY customer to put down $14,000 which was incredibly obscene for a down payment on a 3 year lease. You should NEVER be that hungry for a commission. My favorite salesperson that I knew for 35 years at West Herr East Aurora would never recommend that to me. That is the trust you build with your salesperson-customer relationship. If I had to do this all over again--I definitely would NOT. It was too late to back out of this deal. Basil is known for great deals, and this was definitely NOT a great deal no matter how you spin it. I was under much pressure myself to get a new car due to previous lease expiring, tariffs coming into the mix soon and my mom having cancer with only a few months to live. But, this scenario will never happen again, I will make sure of that.
