Tim worked with us over the phone and email so that when we arrived we were almost ready to go. The people there were nice, they gave us waters and made our time there rather comfortable. I take a star off because they did not tell us some things about the car that I think they should have.

Auto Gallery ChicagoReviews
Auto Gallery Chicago review
I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.
2019 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I truly enjoy every aspect of this vehicle except for the fact that to have my text messages displayed on the screen I have to use a cord and cord my phone into the vehicle. I can Bluetooth phone calls But I cannot get any messages to display without using a cord. For the truck being a 2019 and the price point of it that is absolutely absurd. Other radios that GMCsells has this feature. This truck does not.

Granger Motors review
We ordered our 2026 F350 from Granger on-line. The staff made the entire process so easy. They picked us up at the airport and brought us to the dealership. Amanda showed us the truck and its features and Shelby had all the paperwork ready. 5 Star from the beginning to end.
2019 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

had a great experience for the second time buying a very nice used vehicle. Kevin was very helpful and even checked the vehicle out for us. He was a great help in the purchase of my 2015 Yukon Denali. He went out of his way to check and see how everything was going. I told him all was great with the Denali and my husband loves it. Thank you again for being so helpful and I let everyone who asks that I had a wonderful experience with all of the staff. Respectfully Duana and Earl Williams

Leon was a pleasure to work with. I felt like the deal was fare and there is a good selection of vehicles.
2019 GMC Sierra 1500 review
I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Andrew Palmer is the salesman you want to talk to about your next purchase of a vehicle I got mine through him and he was the most helpful salesman I have ever had for anything vehicle or not this man is awesome!! He even came in on his day off multiple times just for me to make sure I got a rig and was on the road in a very short time even though he had family plans! Josh was very professional and pleasant to work with. He helped us navigate our best options and was very flexible throughout the buying process. I appreciate that everything Josh said he was going to do, he did. Well done Josh.
