Started looking at their website for a late model used GM with low mileage. Found 2 that interested me, so I made an appointment to see them with Charlie Melnick, the Salesman. Decided the Verona wasn't quite what I was looking for but the 2016 Chevy Cruz was promising. We took the Cruz for a drive, and this was it-the car I was looking for.
I liked working with Charlie, he was honest. low key, and he listened and answered our questions. Signed the deal on Tues, and picked it up on Saturday as we asked. The following part is impressive:
After they already had our money and we had the registration they didn't abandon us. Charlie STILL took the time to familiarize us with all the operating features of the vehicle before we drove off. He even helped us set up out Onstar account.
OnStar is only available on GM vehicles. Try it. I have never seen the kind of service ONeill's gives it's customer from any other dealership of any other make of car. Our first, but not our last car from O'Neill.
Both Charlie Melnick and Lou the Finance Manager, were pleasant, informative and knowledgable of the GM cars.
O'Neills has a great location at the intersection of RT 44 and 202/10 in Avon. If you are seriously looking for a car look no further.
My son dropped his Rav4 at Hoffmans (he lives in Boston) to trouble shoot computer alerts because I suggested Hoffmans from previous experience. The issue turned out to be a leaking windshield that was incorrectly installed by another business. Water caused electrical faults detected by the cars computer. Mike Fuhr did a fantastic job coordinating with the windshield company and the insurance company while keeping me up to date on the repairs. Car runs great and the inside was sanitized and is free of the previous musty smell. What could have turned out to be a real hassle was a pleasant experience thanks to Mike. Cars are becoming more or less similar due to competition and dealer service is becoming a much larger discriminator. I highly recommend Hoffman Toyota as a great place for service. THANKS
This is a GREAT dealership to work with. My sales guy, Dillon, was terrific on the communication. I live 1200 miles away, and have bought many cars online... this was a Great Experience. The prices they offer on their inventory, during their special pricing sales are NOT beatable... and I searched the whole marketplace.
I dealt with Bobby Doe in sales and Mike singer in finance. They both were extremely professional and skilled in their respective jobs. I have never had such an easy car buying experience and we couldn???t be happier with Curry Nissan! Highly recommend visiting them and we will be back for more business with Curry when our lease runs out.
By the time I made it to Stephen Toyota; I knew exactly what I wanted, I just didn???t know from who. I had been shopping around and comparing salesmen pitches, which is truthfully exhausting. When I met with Saeid Heydari, it was different. He made the process about me and what I wanted. He didn???t try to jazz up and sell me a car or features I didn???t need- but had me lay out everything I wanted (and didn???t) and just made it happen. He was patient and fought for me, as a customer, to get what I wanted for the price I wanted. No matter how many times I sent him back to the ???big boss??? for a better price or to add or change something, Saeid did it with a laugh and smile on his face. He didn???t just sell me a car; he sold me his trust.

I've had dozens of excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service work over a 16 year period. ALWAYS treated like a valued customer, ALWAYS treated with respect and kindness. In return, I have also treated them exactly the same. No bad experiences here at all, unlike Crowley in Forestville, who took my money and gave me the WORST experience in car service in my entire 58 years. Stephens is a cut above the rest. Organized, professional and articulate. Biggest mistake I made was not buying my new car at Stephens. I've never had one single bad experience.
Recently purchased a Buick Regal from Stephens Buick GMC. The salesman Mike and staff were professional and a pleasure to do business with. Interior design is attractive and exterior is really sharp and car is nothing but smooth riding.

I had a great experience purchasing my Toyota Highlander from Stephen AutoMall. I worked with Jason, who immediately got it that I was looking for a no hassle experience, having done all my homework online as to what I wanted in a new vehicle and what I expected to pay for it. No sitting around waiting while he "worked for the best deal with his manager". When we test drove the car, he knew the features. They also gave me a good price for my trade in. It's now been two months and I love the car, having driven 5000+ miles through 12 states.
I found Ken Cernak very easy to speak with and ask questions about the various modles of not only Enclaves but also other new Buicks on the lot and showroom. We visited the showroom acouple of times and then took a test drive and made our decision. His daughter was extremely knowledgeable when we picked up our new vehicle she went through all of the features with us. The buidling was clean and well kept. Everyone wes very helpful. No one came on with any high pressured sales pitches.
I would highly recommend Cernak Buick to anyone looking to but a new vehicle.

Mike Kowalski and the general manager Paul were relaxed, friendly and professional. Mike also was dependable in resolving a minor issue. ( Not all preowned places are. ) Very happy with the car. They actually pre-service all their cars with any needed maintenance repairs ( ours needed new brakes ), rather than just sell as-is. A 3000 mile dependable warranty distinguishes this servicing benefit, and makes the purchase a more reliable and comfortable one.
