We worked with Colton Smith and Kevin Honeycutt to drive away in our new (to us) Ford Flex. The experience was wonderful and they took care of us. We drove from Indiana because this was the only location with our desired vehicle in our desired color and much more!
I definitely would buy another vehicle from here if the opportunity arose. Sam Lien was great. I came with a 2 year old and he made us both feel very welcomed. He went above and beyond what I expected and made the buying process painless. Even colored some with my daughter. The same could be said about Rollen Otness, who did the financing part. Everyone at the dealership is so kind and friendly. We have never had such a good experience purchasing and getting service work done as we have at Whitaker Buick! So glad that Josh made such a good impression when he approached us in the lot.
I really felt good about this experience. In the past car purchases, I never felt really good about the experience, but this time was different. Paul made me feel at home and everyone at the dealership was similar. Very low-key low pressure atmosphere. Just a bunch of folks trying to genuinely help people find a good vehicle at a decent price. This is my first GMC. I am very excited and pleased with it.
Dan, our sales guy was honest, personable and worked hard to find us a car that we would love. This was the first car buying experience we've had where I appreciated the salesperson and wanted to return to give him my business. The finance person, however was somewhat rude. After working so hard with Dan to get the car we wanted as close to our budget as possible, and then making a decision to go over our budget to get the car, when we got in to the finance dept office and there had been an error, he acted like we were trying to work him for a better deal because we were upset the price went up by another $5. References to knowing how much we make, and to go ahead and 'try to fool the next guy' because he wasn't buying that $5-20 a month would matter to us were unprofessional and rude. When quoted a price on Saturday and being told it would be more money on Wednesday when I came back to sign the paperwork you already have not met my expectations, so yes I will say no when you try to get me to purchase add ons, even if I could afford it. Congrats to Dan for being so great I didn't walk out when another team member insulted us, because I didn't want him to a lose the sale.
I put in an order for a 2018 Toyota Highlander without AWD. It had all the other features I wanted, especially the color and trailer hitch. I thought I could live without AWD. After a few days I called back to cancel and get a refund of my deposit. The salesperson asked why and I told him the car did not have AWD and I decided not to buy because of that. He said ok and forwarded my call to the person who would refund my deposit. I got the refund in 3 days.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
Leo Guzman is the best! He goes above and beyond, working tirelessly for all of his customers. I have never worked with a dealer that was more down to earth and cares so much about making the customer happy. Thank you Leo!
I???m the midst of mourning my Wrangler, I called AC Motors asking about a new Jeep at their Bloomington location. I spoke with Mike. In spite of my sour attitude, he was easy going and kind. I had a no hassle test drive and was not pressured to buy. When I expressed interest in a more expensive model, Mike explained that spending less was the smarter choice. When I decided to go with the purchase 48 hours later, the buying experience was positive and painless. I was offered a surprisingly high amount for my trade. The financing person was easy to work with and put me at ease. My credit is not awesome (thank you ex wife) and they found me a good rate. The entire event took less than an hour. I waited a month before writing this review to ensure the vehicle was sound. A buyer should feel good about working with AC Motors. Talk to Mike.
Purchased a 2019 Pacifica. The sales person Aaron and finance manager Ryan were fantastic. They are both extremely customer focused and did not use any pressure tactics. Always have had great service from this dealership
