We purchased a truck for our company , and we were treated very well. Customer service was outstanding! It didn't end the day we drove off the lot.... it continued for weeks. About 2 months later, we decided to add to our fleet again, and went right back to Patriot. They located what we wanted and we had the truck within 3 days. Great team at Patriot Ford!
Everything was great through the process. Would have liked to know exactly what the company was making for transparency. Happy with the vehicle but since I'm not an expert on purchasing vehicles, would like to feel secure about the deal I received. It's not that I wouldn't have been willing to pay the overhead costs and the sales representative but would have liked to know what I paid them over the amount of the vehicle base price.
I had a very good experience at the car dealership. I had been looking for a truck to buy for around a month with no luck. I went to patriot and they had me in and out with the truck I wanted. My salesman Dena and the owner Mr. Cantrell were very helpful with getting me exactly what I was after and at what price range I had to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle, new or used.
Had looked at a couple of there vehicles on line. Visited with Internet sales a couple times.went to the dealership was greeted by Taylor Tibbs. Really nice young man. He showed me car faxes on vehicles I was interested in as eagerly allowing me to drive them as well. He also told me about a few specans going on. I left in a new silverado
Drove to Purcell to look at a used Titan. Greeted by a very pleasant young man Taylor Tibbs went out of his way to provide the service I expected ,an with out pressure. I drove off in a new silverado..I had no repaired done. But had to click something to post my review
Chance was very helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me at ease and comfortable. Made sure I was ok with everything and helped me understand everything deeper. It was a hard and big leap for me and I???m glad I decided to come here for it.
Tasha sent a prompt inquiry in response to my questions but failed to send a service record from GM on a lemon buyback that I was interested in. Not the carfax but the GM record so that I could see what kind of issue might have been involved. That car sold but they have another that I asked about and as of now I still have not heard about it.
The Service manager is always willing and ready to make the customer his first and foremost top priority. He goes above and beyond to meet the needs of well established customers such as myself. I have been a loyal car buyer from Bob Moore since 1995 and has purchased all 4 vehicles from them.
Very good and no pressure experience. My only complaint would be that the car could have been detailed better. It was dirty inside in several places and the rubber mats had not been cleaned.
