2020 GMC Sierra 2500 review
I have owned my truck for a month and two weeks. Two weeks after owning it my power steering went out for about 25 miles then was OK again. Last week the check engine light went on and after about 25 miles it turned off and it was OK a week ago I entered my truck to start off for the day and everything was dead absolutely had no sign of life. The dealership has now had it for exactly a week and they cannot figure out what’s going on. They say they’re having problems receiving communicating. I sure hope I will continue to love my truck. It drives like a dream and pulls like an ox.

It took a while for the entire thing to get completed, but I was given status updates throughout the process. I picked up my vehicle late last night (5:45 pm). I was surprised the service manager was still there and he took the time to go over everything that had been done to my vehicle. The total price was slightly lower than what I was I was told it would be at the start. I was very happy and wasn?t expecting that. My car is driving great today and so far I?m extremely happy with the result from my service experience. I?m very appreciative of the help I was given and the customer service I received. I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

2025 GMC Sierra 2500 review
So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.
