West Coast Auto Sales CenterReviews
West Coast Auto Sales Center review
I've bought quite a few cars and this was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience ever. I was greeted by Charlie and he was nothing like a typical car salesman. He was friendly, laid back and personable. He let us look at the truck, offered to get the keys right away and then sat back and let us check out the vehicle by ourselves. Once we were done looking he explained the process to buy and said when we were ready to buy to come on back. No pressure! We came back later that day to see what trade-in value we could get. Raad took a quick look at my car and told me some of the things he saw as issues with it. It was late in the day so there wasn't time to actually work out a deal. Raad told me what I would need to bring in to sell my car and purchase the truck. I went home that night, did some additional research, applied for a loan online, gathered the documents and went back the next day. They let me test drive the car to make sure I liked it. I fell in love with the truck. It was awesome. Raad drove my car to make sure it ran well and to check it out more thoroughly. Raad explained why he was offering the amount for my car and all the things he'd have to fix to sell it. Given the things he found, his offer was very reasonable and I appreciated the honesty and openness. In less than an hour I left the dealership with a new truck. The buying process was fast, stress free and enjoyable. The truck was clean, well running and Raad & Charlie made sure every little detail was taken care of even down to the cup holder sticking a little bit. They fixed it before I left. If I ever have to buy another car again, West Coast Auto is where I'll make my first stop. These guys rock!

Best truck I have ever owned. Used to tow a heavy RV. Wonderful comfortable ride. Highly recommended this truck. I drive it as my primary vehicle.

2018 GMC Sierra 3500 review
An overall nice truck but for a person at my size(5,11) the mirrors and posts really block the view. My tinted windows really amplify the problem. The hood also takes a bit of room for a short person. Its a comfortable ride and works well in my line of work in excavation. The sound muffler in the hood makes you think something is wrong but apparently its not.

Hassle free purchase. Most over text messages, had all the paperwork ready and was in and out in less than an hour including the test drive!
2024 GMC Sierra 3500 review
This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.

I took my vehicle in for service and was treated great! My service was completed quickly and my vehicle was returned cleaned and ready to go!
2020 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Great vehicle for pulling my fifth wheel RV which weighs around 20,000 pounds. This dually truck pulls the RV very nicely without any significant strain on the engine or the transmission. However, like all of today's diesel engines there are 4 different system of emissions on this truck. Each one of these emission systems has sensors associated with them. If one of these sensors goes bad the truck will not perform optimally and sometimes it will go into the limp mode. Unfortunately this is not unique to GMC trucks. All manufacturers are battling this system. Also, I have had to take the truck to the dealer for computer upgrades in order to improve performance. I wish these upgrades could be performed on line (through wifi or with my own phone service). It sure would make things a lot simpler and improve the through put of the dealers who are already strained because of the limited number of available diesel mechanics.

Turlock Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Armando helped my nephew with the purchase of an extended warranty and the process was flawless. My nephew Braxton purchased his 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited in Las Vegas through another dealer yet Armando and Turlock CDJR acted as the perfect automotive consultants for my family. In the end - it only made sense to purchase our extended warranty through Turlock CDJR. The ease of doing business with this very special dealership was night and day from our experience with the Las Vegas dealership - as a family we won’t purchase another vehicle especially a brand new Chrysler- Dodge - Jeep or Ram from anyone else. Thank you Armando and Vijay and everyone at Turlock CDJR for delivering an automotive buying experience people dream of - you made our decision making process effortless and for that you have our deepest gratitude and respect! Thank you!

2021 GMC Sierra 3500 review
Has a really Big feel to it. I currently use mine to pull gooseneck trailer. I haven't had a load yet that I couldn't pull. The downsides to this truck is to me I feel it could get better fuel mileage. Also I had trouble with #4 injector...dealership replaced it. Now my AC doesn't work all the time. Although it sounds like it's blowing it isn't.

I ordered a 2022 3500 SRW Pro LB Double cab 4x4 in silver metallic / blk cloth. Added preferred package; gooseneck pkg; X31; upgraded wheels; camper/Snowplow prep; black steps. Got the 6.6 gas L8T. No start/stop and runs on all 8 cylinders all the time. I Love this truck. Had Rams and Fords in past. This is my first GM truck. I am in my 50s so not a brand thing... just a great truck. It was delivered in June. Truck rides great, tows very well, reciever or gooseneck. Fuel mileage is outstanding! Especially for a 4x4 one ton. I get 16 to 18 highway when not towing. I was shocked by how well it did and impressed with towing mpg as well. I generally tow between 6 and 14,000 lbs. Loads include a Glacier bay catmaran boat, 30' camper, and 3 axle 25' gooseneck. Truck easily handles those loads. The L8T engine is smooth and powerful. The 6L90 Transmission functions perfectly. If something were to happen to this truck I would not hesitate to order an exact replacement. So far very satisfied. MSRP as ordered was $53,945.

The people at corwin were really great to deal with overall. They were kind and respected the fact that I chose a different vehicle at a different location and really emphasized that they were interested in future business if I needed something else in the future. Really great team out there.

Corwin Buick GMC Cadillac Reno review
I had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing my new vehicle from Corwin Buick GMC! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and never pressured. My salesman, Austin, was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, honest, and took the time to answer every question I had. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. I also want to recognize Shane, the New Car Sales Manager, for going above and beyond to make everything come together. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was completely happy with my purchase. The level of customer service from both Austin and Shane exceeded all of my expectations. The entire team made the buying process smooth, transparent, and exciting. I drove away feeling confident that I made the right decision and truly appreciated how well I was treated from start to finish. If you?re looking for a dealership that values its customers and provides exceptional service, I highly recommend Corwin Buick GMC. Thank you, Austin and Shane, for making this such a fantastic car-buying experience. I absolutely love my new GMC Terrain!
