I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. He also made sure I had the opportunity to thoroughly test drive the car before finalizing the deal - on curvy roads, highway, walk-around in a parking lot. His transparency and professionalism made the car buying experience enjoyable (as it should be!), and his friendliness helped minimize the usual stress I have. Dave was our salesman and he was amazing. So friendly and easy to talk to. He understood our needs and worked very hard to help us find the right fit. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but if he did not know something, he spent some time to figure it out and showed us the next time we returned. We wanted to use our own credit union for financing to get the best interest rate possible. We felt a little pressure by the manager to try to use the finance companies through the dealership, even to the point that the finance guy was brought out to speak to us. We politely listened to what he had to say and declined his offer. When we came back to purchase the vehicle and had to sit down with him to complete the paperwork, he seemed a little put off and would not make eye contact with us. It felt like he was pouting because we did not allow him to try to get our car financed. Seems to me that should be something that he could shrug off a little easier than he did.

Ean was our salesman and he was top notch, professional, courteous, and listened. Really earned our business and was a pleasure to work with him. So happy to have taken the drive from PGH. Well worth the trip. Thank you

Mo Assad and Adam were 2 good dudes. They helped me pick the right vehicle for me and my children. They even assisted in helping me get to a good price point for monthly payments. Mo was very knowledgeable about Honda and helped me connect to all of the electronic features.
