This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

After a not so great experience (from another dealership), I made sure I did my homework and knew exactly what I wanted...After talking to Rob H a few times to check out the inventory and ask questions, he was very professional and never made me feel pressured into buying a car. I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

I recently brought my car in for some emergency service. I had to have multiple items repaired or replaced. The staff informed me every step of the way, calling with updates and answering any questions I had. The service team was friendly, knowledgeable and able to explain things to me in terms I would understand. Ben, Will and Ryan were all a pleasure to work with. I bought my gmc canyon used with 29,300 miles on the odometer. It has the 2.8 ltr I-4 turbo diesel engine. I'm towing a 5,000 lb travel coach. First thousand miles was today. The small engine gets for me astounding fuel milage. Towing the coach i averaged 22. 8 mpg on a trip to the Eastern Sierras. 368 ft lbs of torque is more than enough to haul the trailer to 10,000 + ft elevation. Just be patient and use the torque to tow up a mountain. The fit and finish is excellent, the blue metallic paint turns heads. After 3 yrs a good waxing had it looking showroom new. This is my first gmc ever. If it holds up and runs 300,000 miles like the sales rep stated it's capable of doing. I'll let you know. The one down side is the emissions on the engine can cause reliability issues. Advice i found on a forum says use a good quality injection cleaner in every fill up . Every fill up for the life of the truck. They are capable 300,000 and higher if we'll cared for.

I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

I've only had this truck for a month and a half and have had no issues. The interior is just plain awesome. I really like the multi function tailgate on this truck, it's very handy loading stuff into the box and the step really helps when you want to climb into the bed. I really like the ride height on the new trucks better than the 2015 Denali I traded in to get this one.

The styling looks great outside & everything functions as it should. It has loads of options, heated & cooled seats & steering wheel, very cold air, big comfy 7 seats. While not a luxury-looking plush interior, it is very nice. A couple pieces of plastic molding inside are loose, a back panel I tried to take off & the visor mirror on drivers side. I've owned this for 6 months & adore it! Very roomy.

We have owned our GMC Sierra 1500 for approximately 9 years now. The only real disappointment with the vehicle is that we had to have a full transmission replacement Just after the 100k mile without any warning whatsoever. The truck now has 107k miles on it and now , again out of nowhere, we are experiencing slipping in the trans and the engine light is now flashing. Very disappointing since we are starting to feel uncertain about the reliability of the vehicle now. The truck itself is gorgeous and shows ZERO signs of its age, sporting new rims and tires and a lifted body and no rust on the body at all. We hope there are no major issues with the engine as the vehicle has always been maintained as needed and on time for regular servicing at the dealership.

Bought this truck for my new work truck. Smaller than my old Silverado but looks like it will be just fine. Gets really good gas mileage with the I4 motor.

Have the 2017 Acadia XL limited. PROs: Very roomy for its size, handles extremely well on the road, comfortable, quiet ride for long trips. Safety features are great.. Yellow lights on side mirrors warn of blind spots..a godsend in heavy traffic, rear camera, warning beepers if something is too close. Crash avoidance protections, has wifi !! and great electronics package. Towing package too... hauls trailer w/ rowboat..also transports 3 kayaks when the back seats are down . I’ve driven this in heavy snow and blizzards..safely masters the road when other cars fail or spin-out and self corrects and warns if skidding or icy. CONS: Only negative is that it’s not customer-friendly for even minor repairs or maintenance... so EVERYTHING requires dealer repairs / expense. Examples: Fuses are outside..in a box under the hood that’s difficult to open.. as is the hood! Indicator level on antifreeze coolant container is hidden and not legible.The battery is hidden under the back seat! ..jumping is in the hood at designated points.. Don’t even try to remove a flat tire.. the jack is small, flimsy and dangerous and the mini tire is almost impossible to get to, crawling under the car and manipulating lots of parts. .once you figure out how. Replacing a headlight requires taking the bumper off.. etc. These are areas that GM can improve on, to help make their vehicles more customer-oriented. Despite all.. this is the best SUV I’ve ever owned. It’s a shame it’s been discontinued. The new, small version is no comparison.
