Made an appointment at another dealership for a lube and oil, other dealership took 20 minutes before they even greeted me for my appointment, then gave me a ridiculous quote for an oil change. Said thanks for waiting my time and hauled over to Coulter Infiniti. I apologized for just dropping in and asked if it was possible to get an oil change done that day. Scott said sure and squeezed me in, said it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. By the time I was done talking with him my car was in the air, and was completed just shy of an hour, including the wash. I appreciate the service greatly and will return, with an appointment of course.
I have now been to this dealership both to buy and now for service. I ended up not purchasing here, but only because I was looking for a very specific used vehicle and was on a short timeline. However, the sales person was great. Additionally, I am now using Josh as a service adviser and he is great too! Highly recommend this dealership for buying or service!

I was looking for a Fiat 500e - they are hard to find here on the east coast. Or really anywhere outside California or Oregon. I happened across the ads from Red Rock Automotive. I finally called them and spoke with Mike. I've never purchased a car sight unseen before, and Mike was very accommodating, supplying information, videos of the car and was never pushy. Excellent follow up. I purchased the car and Mike arranged shipping for me. When the car arrived, the condition was exactly as advertised. It was a pleasure to do business with them, and I'm quite happy with the car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
First - the car value and description online were exactly what I was looking for. A good quality vehicle at a good price. Second - communications with Jimmie Evans was very clear and straightforward, with no pressure or hard sell. Third - Jimmie quickly brought me to the vehicle when I arrived and let me take a test drive. Fourth - Negotiating the final numbers was done professionally and fairly. Be honest with them and they will be honest with you. Last - drove off with my new vehicle after friendly interactions with all involved.
AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful.
I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated.
The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.
New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.
I scheduled my service on line to replace a rear passenger seat latch. I showed up at my schedule time - 7:30 am and was greeted promptly, taken directly to my service advisor - Michael DeLillo.
After being asked if I need a loaner, 5 minutes later I was in my loaner vehicle.
I was notified by Michael that afternoon that a part needed to ordered but that my vehicle would be ready the following day.
As promised, I received the call that my vehicle was ready, I arrived at 5:00, dropped off the loaner and 15 minutes later I was on the road with my repair completed. Fast, courteous, efficient service as usual.
