5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
Shawn Lemieux and his helper Carter were awesome to deal with. I said there was no stress involved in this Pilot trade in! I would highly recommend asking for these two when you are in the car shopping market!
My previous Fiesta that I also bought from Bob Allen Ford was in accident/totaled. So when dealing with insurance companies you don't have time to go out comparing. I sent my request online for help finding my car. I also did my credit approval online. So when "Woody" responded that he had what I was looking for, we set up to meet after sending me a picture of the car. From the time I walked in to the time i drove away in the my new Fiesta was just over 90 minutes. The Jason and Guy got me some nice deals for my car as well. Looking forward to my next purchase (hoping in another 6-7 years.)
My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer ‘we will make it happen’. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. He answered all my questions and always with a smile even if I had ask it 3x before. With our other vehicles, I have always used Roberts at Platte ity and will continue. I did not purchase my Jeep here but chose to get it serviced here. 5 months after purchasing it I experienced an issue on the highway and brought it in to Blake Cromwell and staff as soon as I could. They had it all day while I was at work and it turned out I needed my transmission replaced. Blake worked with the company my warranty is through all day long while I was at work and got them to agree to a new transmission with a new warranty. Blake fought my warranty company for me when I wasn't there and I didn't even buy the jeep from him, I simply service it there. Then when I got off work and got down to Briggs Blake walked me through everything and seamlessly got me a rental car for two days. I can't stress this enough, Blake and his crew are incredible. They truly care about you and it shouldn't go unnoticed. If you need anything done, I highly recommend Briggs Jeep in Lawrence
I bought a brand new 2015 Yukon from Dave Cross. They have always been accommodating to my needs and any issues I have had. I was just in with an AC issue and they didn’t disappoint. I was given a loaner for the day and they had it fixed that day. Miles and Jason were super and Dave always treats us as friends. We will never buy a car from anywhere else. Happy customer!! Xoxo
We just recently purchased our 2012 Silvarado while vacationing on the west coast, which required a leap of faith right off the bat. It was the pleasant experience from the start, in working with the sales team. Ken Auch is Awesome, and true to his word. In spite of driving through a rain storm to get there and back home, our new truck was all we expected of a quality used vehicle, and was truly represented in the ad pictures posted on the internet. I am a fairly long time customer of Dave Cross on and off. I first had a '90 Riviera. Now I have an Enclave and an Encore. The Buicks I have had have been some of the best cars I have ever owned. The Cross service has always been the best I could hope for. Prompt and quick on the regular maintenance, accurate diagnostics and records and competent and thorough mechanics / craftsmen for the bigger jobs. I've never had any reservations recommending Cross service. Great guys doing a great job.
I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
