She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. A place to trust. I am so much happy with Piazza Volkswagen of Langhorne that cannot be described by words here. In particular Christine and Mark at service center are highly worthy to mention for their help and assistance they always provide to help customer like me who do not have much knowledge about cars and want to see a trust in their service provider. I got it at pizza. I missed the moment that I did not purchased my car from Piazza because the specific color I was interested in was not available. This lead me to fall under a trap of cheat created by Burlington Volkswagen at route 130 in Burlington NJ. These people sold me a damage vehicle which was having a dent on roof, have so many problems in AC, roof, light etc. Moreover, the manager like Meredith and sale person Alley Haque who know these things and intensely cheat with me. I always keep them in my prayers to my creator who will certainly teach them a good lesson for their cheating. But I am thankful to Christine and mark who helped me fix all problems one by one while my vehicle is under warranty. But the dent on roof is not under warranty because Burlington did not take any responsibility for it and misbehaved with me while I reported them. Even I already reported this to them while I was purchasing. Overall, there is always good and evil in the world and for me in relation to purchase 2024 Volkswagen, Burlington is an Evil and to help fix my car and maintenance, The PIAZZA is GOOD.

What really blew us away was their honesty/integrity. They gave us a price months in advance while we were waiting for our current lease to run out, and even though nothing was on paper at the time, they honored that price when the time came. It’s rare to find a business that truly stands by their word. They seem to have such a streamlined process, it felt more like a personal concierge than a car dealership. There's no question we will be going back to them in the future. Highly recommended!!

EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

Brought my son's Acadia in because one morning it would not shift into reverse and the CEL came on. It seemed to fix itself as the CEL went off. I brought it in anyway to be sure as it did show two codes. Eric and his team thoroughly checked everything possible for a day and a half and determined it was fine but he wanted everything well documented in case it happened again and it was out of warranty. They never were able to get the CEL on while at the shop after driving it for a bit. Great work by Eric and the tech's who worked on it.
