2016 Nissan Rogue review
I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

2023 Jeep Compass review
My wife and I bought a 23' Jeep Compass Limited with 15K miles. We were looking for something small but also a vehicle that could offer 4x4. My initial impression of it at the dealership was that it has an awesome exterior paint color (granite crystal) and black wheels to compliment it. The car drives great on the highway and city. It's a very comfortable ride and the car can turn on a dime! I am currently averaging 30 mpg while commuting to work each day. I have noticed the car will sometimes have difficulty up shifting. As long as I apply more gas it eventually gets over it. Not a big deal for me as my last vehicle would do the same thing. The rear view camera is nice on the Compass, however it is completely useless at night. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.

2024 Lincoln Corsair review
Got the 2024 Grand Touring loaded up and all the features on the vehicle work well. Also got the optional perfect position 24 way seats and they are great, and the massage feature works great too. Adjustable rear seats allow 4 adults to seat comfortably in a smaller SUV. the only thing Lincoln needs to change would be to get 35 miles of range out of the battery, when its warm outside you get around 30 but when it's cold you get 20 to 22 only. if you are not use to tech the 13.2 inch infotainment screen may take some getting used to. the transition from the electric motor to gas engine is flawless and does a great job at working well together to give you the cars power when you need it in normal mode.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

I had a very negative experience at a dealer on Hall Rd in Macomb and was about to wash my hands and walk away from Jeep altogether when Aaron Carter from Rochester Hills Chrysler Jeep reached out to me via email about my interest in a Renegade. I explained the nightmare I was dealing with and was rethinking Jeep altogether. Aaron asked me to just give him half a day to see if he could do something for me to get me in the Solar Yellow Renegade I wanted. Aaron found a new Solar Yellow with the Power Sunroof and referred me to his manager Gus Abdal who called me to go over my non-negotiables and my negotiables. Both gentlemen worked their magic and not only found me a Renegade with all of my non-negotiables but one with many additional upgrades. They honored the price the other dealer and I had agreed upon even though this new car had all the bells and whistles and cost more. They made it happen! They sent a driver out of state to retrieve it and when it came time to come in and sign all of the paperwork, Aaron saw me walking over to Gus?s desk and stopped what he was busily working on to say, ?So, today?s the big day! Picking up the Renegade I see. I `m so happy it worked it. Are you excited?? with a huge smile on his face. Gus?s manager also came over to introduce himself and welcomed me to the Jeep family. Gus was nothing but extraordinary from that first phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. He walked me through each and every step of the process, explaining it all. On pickup day, he took me out to my new car and spent 45 minutes with me, showing me each and every single option and how it functioned and had me do everything with him there to make sure I understood how everything worked including setting up my radio stations and Bluetooth. Aaron and Gus are my Knights in Shining Armor! Both gentleman really worked hard to turn this very unhappy customer coming from another dealer to a happy one because of them at Rochester Hills Jeep. I purchased my 2026 Equinox RS AWD on 7/24/25 and on 7/31/25 it had a ?reduce acceleration, drive with care? warning on the dashboard. On 8/1/25 made an appointment with John B. and he was able to expedite the service, since it was a brand new vehicle. Turned out to be the oxygen sensor, which was replaced under warranty. I still felt like it wasn?t accelerating well, so I took it back in on 8/13/25 and John B. helped me again. Nothing was able to be duplicated and no bulletins are out, so I?ll just have to wait it out. Luckily I am still under warranty, but it?s just unfortunate when this is a brand new vehicle. I also spoke to Mike, the general manager and he has been very helpful with figuring this all out. He also had me bring it back in on 9/3/25 for service with Tony. I was told there?s a bulletin for low acceleration, but GM hasn?t put out any codes or repairs yet. They also put in a TAC report. So we?ll see what happens next.

2023 Chevrolet Traverse review
Love this car! This is our 2nd Traverse. My wife loves it. I have 180,000 miles on it and still going strong. We will definitely be looking for our 3rd one. It has the most room of all SUV in its classs. The v-6 has very good power with lots of pickup.

I have nothing but good things to say about the salesman i worked with at Parkway - Patrick Moseley. Earlier this week my 2019 Dodge Ram was totaled after only having it for one month. I wanted the same exact vehicle i previously had and Patrick Moseley was able to make that happen as other dealerships were not successful. Not only was he successful in finding the vehicle i wanted but he also was able to get it for a much cheaper price. Within 24 hours, i was at Patrick's desk signed the papers for my new lease. He made my experience at Parkway wonderful and stress free. I definitely will be back to see him when my lease is up in two months!

Pretty good except it has a clicking noise. Pretty sure im gonna have to take it to the shop after only 3 weeks. Have to see if there is an issue as recalls on the transmission keep Popping up in my Facebook feed.

2024 Chevrolet Equinox review
I previously owned a Chevy Trax, which was fine when I received the vehicle. The blessing it was, sustained me for what was pertinent; now, I have been blessed with more responsibility; said responsibility warrants a bigger vehicle. This vehicle is perfect for my family of four; my mother's wheelchair fits perfectly in the trunk, and there's still room for my nine year old daughter, my mother, and my sister. Unfortunately, when my Jeep Grand Cherokee had a little over 6,000 miles on it, I was sideswiped & the car had to go into the body shop. Well, Traylene happened to be assigned to my account. She could not have been nicer. She kept me abreast of the progress of the repairs & stayed on top of things the entire time the car was in for repairs. Can’t say enough about the very positive experiences I’ve had with this dealership.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

2024 Chevrolet Equinox review
I've had my fwd lt for a few months now. Great car. At first I thought it was a bit underpowered, but it more than makes up for it in fuel economy. Clean interior, not too many buttons and the standard screen is small but really intuitive to use. Overall an excellent vehicle that fully meets my needs

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

2019 Lexus LX 570 review
This vehicle is extremely comfortable and easy to drive. Fuel mileage is not the best, but that was known on the front end. The purchase was simply a reward to self. You won’t be disappointed if you buy one, too.
