Purchasing this car was the best car-buying experience of all time for my husband and me. Len, our sales person was kind, personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. He was patient with our questions. He also inquired about our “list of important car requirements” for our needs. He showed us the possibility of options to help with our decision-making process. This was our first Audi so he gave us some background on the German engineering of the cars, his personal experience with the Audi cars he has owned and the history of Audi excellence. When we called back to discuss the terms, he was available immediately to help us through the process. When we were ready to take the car, he had it cleaned up and ready to go. He walked us through the new car specs again to be sure we were ready to drive home safely in the rain. The financial agent was great also. As he walked us through the paperwork, he patiently answered our questions. He stopped back by the sales desk to congratulate us on our new Audi. One of the reasons we selected this dealership was the significant selection of cars. They have a wide variety of colors and models. I wanted a black on black car, which I’d had difficultly finding at other car dealerships. Len didn’t blink twice, he had one waiting for us to review when we returned to the dealership! Great experience with a wonderful sales guy!

Our associate Glenn was phenomenal and very personable . The manager and the finance manager that helped us were extremely nice and helpful.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

There was a very specific car that I have wanted for YEARS. I looked everywhere I could for a long time, but I could never find one with good mileage for a decent price. That was until I found this car for sale at Echo Park. I traveled from Savannah, GA to Cary, NC for this car that I've wanted for so very long. Once we arrived, an outstanding gentleman named Bryant was incredibly helpful and answered every question I had. I am disabled and wheelchair bound, and Bryant was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. They allowed me to install my hand controls and take the car for a test drive. Needless to say, I now have my first car. Not just any car, but my dream car. I could not possibly be happier with my experience with Bryant and Echo Park as a whole. 10/10, absolutely would recommend.

It's been 6 years since I bought my Forte 5 LX. There were times I drove it 400 + miles a week on crappy Northern California freeways for field work and the only thing replaced was the battery, tires and plugs. It currently has 120,000 miles. This one has a GDI engine but no sign of engine problems. It's the basic LX version and I'm soon putting 16" wheels on it since the 15" steel wheels have that rust look. Overall, this car has been very good to me and is great for a retired person.

Buying a new car is never a really fun time but the experience at Subaru was not entirely unpleasant. Have to say their customer support is a 10+. Love my new car and it’s my first Subaru (always had Toyota’s and Honda’s and VW’s and Fords) and I am never going back! No other dealership tried so hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable and educated about my purchase. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership so far has been honest and very responsive. Haven’t done service yet but I anticipate it will also be awesome.

I'm not sure what to think of acura. I had the acura 22 ILX until I saw the Integra aspec. I have only had it for 8 months and the air conditioner unit got a leak. I'm not sure if it's a recall or a fluke. I hope it is the only thing that goes wrong. I Love My Car. ❤️

This is a terrific car for someone who wants a reliable, economical car that's great in snow and ice, and gets excellent gas milage. To help maximize your mpg just watch the dashboard meter that tells you when you're getting the best mpg possible. If you're not (like the reviewer who said he got only 18 mpg) then you're driving too fast and you can't blame the car for that! I love my Subaru!

I have been dealing with Fred Anderson Toyota since my purchase of my 2002 brand new Rav 4 in 2002. On 4-3-2019, I brought my car in for the state inspection and 90,000 mile tune up. Michael O'Besso was my assistant service manager that day. He was very helpful, courteous, friendly, and kept me informed with what was being done to my car. I was extremely pleased with his service! Thank you Michael! (Sorry, but I continue to think the labor prices are too high! My only complaint!)

I've owned Golfs for 7 years and absolutely love them. They are the perfect car. Fun to drive, just enough room for 4 people, great on gas, and with the rear seats folded down, there's an enormous amount of cargo space. The interior feels upscale with a leather-wrapped steering wheel and soft metallic accents, the leatherette seats are easy to clean and feel great (SO much better than fabric!) and the sound system is on point. Also love the heated seats and the sunroof with the option to crack open or fully open!!

Chris Paine sold us our new Tundra and was very personable and listened to what I was looking for in a Tundra. He followed up with my concerns and questions. He did not try to upsale me and if he did not know the answer to a question, he was honest and found out the answer for me. Overall, a good experience as I rarely buy a new vehicle. The Tundra seems very solid and hopefully is as well made and long lived as our 2002 4Runner and 2000 Avalon.

We love the prius after owning a 2007 model. The 2015 is a step up and we got it at a good price for low mileage to hold us until plug-in mile range improves.

I sure tire of the "free energy" postings. You honestly think your utility company comps you for the extra kilowatt usage? These are great little cars, even took mine on a Minnesota to Texas and back road trip with decent comfort at full highway speeds and no, it didn't look as if I was lead car in a funeral procession either. You can honestly cruise all day at 80 should you wish to do so. Reliability? If this Prius is like my 2008 then I can expect to get a trouble free 218,000+ miles out of it and then see its current owner still tooling about the area. Take a look and see where these are made. In a country that still values quality of performance and strives for perfection.

Great low mileage used basic LE Camry competively priced, professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff willing to make the deal work best for ME! My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I loved my BMW 430i, I've got so many compliments from random people. After 6-months of purchasing this vehicle my fuel flap would not open and left me stranded at night 50-miles away from home. I was not excepting this happen and I surely did not want my new car getting towed. This was very disappointing but I love my car.

Great smooth wonderful ride. So quiet when you drive you can hardly hear the engine running. It gets 55 miles per gallon that is wonderful I am a Uber driver so that saves me tons of gas and money thanks a lot

We met with Silas and he was very helpful in choosing the best car for us. He worked very hard and they stood by their word. We were there on a saturday afternoon and were approved and drove home with the car on tuesday afternoon. We ended up with a 2018 for a great price. I would highly recomend this dealership.
