Despite my appointment not being on the schedule (sounds like there is a website issue), I was able to get my car serviced with no issues.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

Although I didn’t end up making a deal with them, as I am to far upside down in my current car. I will say they were very nice to deal with, salesman I worked with was great, not overly pushy. Overall they were pretty fair and I would recommend them for a new car.

We were thinking about purchasing a used vehicle we found online. The salesman who helped us, Zak Ullrich was very nice and personable. Zak took the time to explain the differences in warranties when purchasing used vs. new. He explained our financing options and was INCREDIBLY patient as we tried to decide which vehicle made sense for us (that took some time). He was extremely knowledgeable, not only about the cars they sell but about cars in general. We finally decided on a new Durango and were there after the dealership closed for the night. In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I have a 2021 Prius AWD with 233,000 km. Not one issue. Starts even at -40 degrees and everything works as it should. No rattles or lose pieces. Just a solid car. I have driven through muddy roads and a foot of snow and the front air dam xxxxxxsnow and keeps going. Who needs an SUV when you’re driving one of these.

They called promptly and gave me information about the car but unfortunately this car wasn't eligible for a tax credit.

Love My 2016 Yaris, best thing the gas millage is between 34-37. This car is roomy inside for such a small size car! Performance is good to great! Does the job!

Love my Prius. At first I thought it was ugly, but having owned it for so long, I love it! Get 52 miles to the gallon, but then I don't speed. I drive between 27-29 mph. in town, avoid freeways if I can to keep the mileage high. IU have only replaced the tires and the battery a couple of times. The car starts beautifully, responds well when driven. Is in good shape outside, except for a small "ding"on the bottom of the driver's side where I hit a curb.

Jordan was patient and very helpful in the buying process. We enjoyed the experience and he accommodated our needs as buyers. Will be my first call when looking to purchase another Hyundai.

I purchased my Spark new, June 2019. I love this car! It is now, one month before 6 yrs of owning my Spark. It has less than 10,900 miles on it. This car has great maneuverability, gets great gas mileage, and I love the Hot Red body color. The only thing I've had to replace, in almost 6 yrs, is the battery. And that was just a few months ago during freezing weather. It gets regular oil changes and maintenance checks. The 2019 Chevy Spark is one great little car for the money.

Overall, my experience buying an Accord from Muller Honda was a positive one. Salesman Kurt Kim was professional and straight forward. Still, I would suggest the dealer should lay out extended warranty options earlier in the process, not when you have already decided to buy and are about to sign over a check. Also, the fact that the dealer added on a fee over the MSRP was not surprising, but still disappointing. It does not generate dealer loyalty going forward. But this is my fourth Accord from Muller and I haver always beemn happy with them.

This is really a great car and has served us so well. We were going to drive it until it died (a long way off) but got a deal on a family member's car that I could not pass up. The car has a huge cargo area with the seats folded flat. It has great visibility and is a pleasure to drive. Reliable and in excellent condition. I have service records from Day 1 of owning it.
