Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.
2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

2018 Audi A5 review
2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

2024 MINI Hardtop review
A brilliant mark of automotive excellence. An abundance of personality, only to be outdone by my 9lb chihuahua. - 135 horsepower is more than plenty on the freeway, and far too much for the city. - The design of the interior cabin feels I am already in the future, as opposed to the present. - The cabin is also very quiet. I hardly hear cars and noise around me - the sound quality from the sound system is spectacular, and the audio from phone calls is unbelievably clear. - I've never driven a car with better handling. I would say it is in a Goldielocks zone of having enough wiggle for comfort and stiffness for performance.

Keep in mind this rating is for a small gas fuel efficient economy car, it's way more than expected and for 2 years has not diminished my opinion at all. Good reliable car. Here in New England I have seen models from 2013 and newer still driven all over and even the prior avio models on the road too. BSic maintenance keeps them together. It is a good car!

2018 Audi S5 review
Love the car only had a coolant pump issue but ever since it's been smooth sailing. The car is gorgeous and incredibly comfortable with beautifully designed interiors. I came into the dealership to get a warranty repair completed and was impressed with the loaner car I had received and started toying with the idea of a new car. In the past, my experience had not been so great at Darcars but I remembered a few great individuals who saved the day, so I decided to check out what 2019's they had to offer. In my perusing, Mr. Milton Stiff came to the rescue. He was helpful without being overbearing or pushy. Due to having a 2018 Accord, I was pretty much aware of what the car had to offer and just really wanted a new car without having to pay more to have it. Mr. Stiff showed me a few different cars, but I was still attached to the same model I already had. So with the help of the awesome finance manager, Kerry Dillard, my wish to have a newer car was accomplished. This was my second opportunity working with Mr. Dillard and once again he made my experience with Darcars of Honda a joy. He added to the great care and concern I received from my salesperson, Milton Stiff. They were both very welcoming, professional, honest, straightforward, and friendly. I was able to get GAP insurance and additional coverage for my car without issue (a definite necessity when buying a car) and for a nominal cost when you look at how much an accident or damage to your car could cost you. The transaction was seamless and did not take much time to complete. I would definitely recommend coming into Darcars of Bowie to see Milton Stiff and Kerry Dillard when buying your next vehicle for an amazing car buying experience.
2022 Honda Civic review
I absolutely love mine in comfort I think that it could have been a little bit better but that's on long trips. Short trips the comfort is fine. My car was totaled and my airbags blew on my steering wheel and at my legs and I'm so glad that they did because I really would have gotten hurt without those airbags The seat belt also did its job very well and the brakes warning light came on first then the brakes came on the exact same time I was putting the brakes on a guy ran a stop sign and there really wasn't much I could do but hit him which it did total my car and I am now looking for another one of the exact same kind I want my car back I love my Honda Civic sport touring.

2021 Honda Civic review
After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.

2021 MINI Hardtop review
It be of no secret that the Germans are behind the production of the MINI Brand. The fit and finish, drive, engineering and even smell are all very much in tune with the Brand's Ownership. The drive and sheer joy one feels from driving one of these products makes you feel like a kid again, playing with their favorite toy after a day of school. There are bigger and more expensive offerings to choose but none have the character or joy of ownership of a MINI.

2018 Ford Focus ST review
Purchased new in August 2018. Great performance and handling. Excellent braking and great aesthetics. Now at 95,000 miles. Needed rear brake rotors at 30,000 miles and rear third light at 3,000 miles. both covered under warranty. No other repairs needed. Extremely fun to drive. I average 28-29 mpg combined. I tend to accelerate quickly. Never an issue with the 6 speed. Comfortable on cross country trips.

2021 Tesla Model S review
Ordered model s 2021 long range. Upon delivery immediate attraction and had been growing ever since. Just smile when I look at model s and when people admire and comment on style and model the smile comes from the inside out. Midnight gray with dark 19 inch wheels. Black interior. Took a while to adjust to electric. Driving is a breeze. Have the full package. Still in process of practicing with the FSD capabilities and use the auto pilot on the interstates. Always cautious around a lot of traffic. Not all cars are teslas and not all drivers are attentive. I enjoy every ride. Tesla just glides down the road. Comfort, safety and a pleasure to drive. Have taken Tesla on road trip from Florida to Colorado and back. Charging stations a plenty. Comfort even on long run days. Switched from FSD to me driving during the trip. I enjoy driving so it was not an issue to drive just a pleasure. Several updates since road trip and some minor issues were addressed. I am a retired truck driver so I do like distance between me and other vehicles. Tesla performed well with cars, cars with trailers but not enough distance between Tesla and big trucks. Passing a truck was an issue for me. I have talked to others they don’t see the problem. Have to get too close to rear of truck to pass and wants to cut in too quick in front a a big truck. Haven’t tried this since last update. Need the space and distance on interstate to test. Too much traffic for me to test it out. Do not have the Tesla charger at home but use a ccs adapter for 40 amp. Charges in about 2 hour time. Charge up to 80 percent on road trip charged. 100 percent and charged at between 30 and 40 percent. Long range average about 250-300 miles between charge. Ran speed limit. I am a little disappointed in other Tesla drivers not sure why but when I look at them and their Tesla they just stick up their nose and look straight ahead. Not that way. Love to share my Tesla have taken my neighbors for rides. Kinda selfish though don’t allow anyone else to drive just ride. Big smile on my face right now. Just talking about my Tesla makes me smile. Can look out my window there Tesla sits. I need a smile all I do is look outside.
