Purchased for my wife's 80 + mile daily commute. She drove it daily for over 10 and a half years. All maintenance done by the Honda Dealer in Saratoga Springs, NY Great service, by the way. A very trouble free car. She decided to purchase a new CRV earlier this year. I now drive the Insight for my daily 40 mile commute. I average 58MPG, as I drive it very easy and avoid the interstate. It now has 228,000 miles and still going strong! I highly recommend this if you don't mind its lower performance but it pays back in great gas mileage. I fill up every 14 to 16 days for less than $18.00. Can't say enough about how good of a car this is. My son is turning 16, in a few months. This will be his 1 car. I am looking for another one for myself.

If you have the chance to get your hands on one of these things, do it! This car will put mad smiles on your face everytime you drive it. An amazing little rocket by Ford. Suggestion: Get a paint correction, Ceramic coating and clear bra for the front and peeps won't stop staring at your RS. Also a Scorpion exhaust will make it sound incredible with all those pops and bangs. Incredible car! Thank Ford!

I am 62 years old and have owned many vehicles. This is by far the best car I have ever owned. It has about 151,000 miles on it, and it still runs great. Zero mechanical problems so far.

Great overall little commuter hatchback. We got ours a few years old with low mileage due to the options we wanted. The other reviews are kind of silly on here, complaining about a car due to lack of options selected by the buyer. Yes it wont have heated seats if you dont get the heated seat models lol. Our model is the EX, it has a sunroof, blind mirror indicator, heated seats, and a manual 6 speed transmission. Basically all features any high end model could use, I dont like leather seats due to the degradation long term. Just make sure you avoid the CVT transmission. Our area would not offer manual 6 speed on the high end trim so we had to travel out of state to get ours. Few mods added to the car to make it even better: - bi-led projector retrofit on headlights - led bulbs all around, plates, interior. - auto dim rear view mirror (easy wire in) - front facing dash cam - sirius satellite radio - winter aluminum rims (instead of steelies), summer has factory 17" aluminum black/silver combo - towing hitch (bike carrier) -- vehicle rated at 2000 lbs Overall its been very reliable, super practical with the folding seats. It gets excellent fuel efficiency and fits everywhere. Power wise, its very snappy given with a manual transmission you can control it a lot better than the sloppy CVT. The manual does 0-60mph in 8 seconds or less, which is very fast for a little car. Its not a tesla or a GTR with 130hp but its plenty for its 36-40 mpg. One issue ours had was the starter went out really early, but it was an easy change out, its a known issue. The seats are not very comfortable for long trips but thats because they are so small and its a commuter car. The cam gear also can get noisy on these at start up, so they will rattle but has no impact to performance. We have just over 100k miles on ours and its a very strong little car, will be getting another one of the final production year as this one gets higher in mileage. Again get the manual 6, you will not regret it, honda manual cars are semi automatic, the clutch is like a feather vs. a subaru for example. Totally worth it.

Came in on a Saturday at 1:00pm asked if I purchased the vehicle that day would it be ready for me to take it home. I was surprised when the salesman said yes. Sure enough I was driving home in a new truck that day! Had a great experience at bob Ruth!!!

My car has decent gas mileage— about 40 mpg with a bit less when driving predominantly in town. It fits my petite frame very well but my husband, who is larger, says he is comfortable driving it as well and actually owns his own fit. The car has good visibility and is responsive on the road. It takes curves well, and the acceleration is more than sufficient for entering the freeway and it responds well when a quick maneuver is needed. I love this car more than any other car I have had.

With 72,000 on the dash, I'm still driving my little white dream machine. This is my second review, and I cannot believe my car is a 2008 , 15 years old. The outside is immaculate; however, the interior is showing its wear and tear. The headliner is falling, the material on my arm rest has come unglued, but guess what? It starts and still drivers like a dream. Not sure why the windows fog up before I get going on fall/winter mornings, but outside of those two issues, I'd buy this car all over again. I read somewhere where someone has 300k on their dash for this car -- guess what, maybe this will be the last car I own. (smile).

I just recently purchased my second car from 83 Autos within a year timespan. The first car was a Honda Accord. It was a very clean, reliable car. I had no mechanical issues or any issues for that matter up until it was totaled hitting a deer. But thanks to Peter, Adam & Michael they worked with me to get me in another car even before they received the check from the insurance company. My recent purchase was a Toyota Camry. It's super clean and has been an absolute joy to drive thus far. I highly recommend giving them a chance to help get you in your next ride.

I wanted a used small car that was reasonable priced with under 70,000 miles. I found this small hatch back hybrid in excellent condition. The interior is very sport and I love the hatchback to get packages in and out of the car easily. It will be very economical for commuting to work.

I NEEDED A CAR…I WENT ON AUTOTRADER AND FOUND A CAR I THOUGHT I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN AT CAR NATION…I CALLED AND WENT DOWN TO MEET MIKE…MY PRIMARY CONTACT AT CAR NATION…AND TO TAKE IT ON A TEST DRIVE…I LIKED IT…I ASKED MIKE IF I COULD TAKE IT TO MY MECHANICS… WHOM I HAVE BEEN RELYING ON TO FIX MY CARS’ ISSUES OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF DECADES… TO HAVE THEM TAKE A LOOK AT IT…THE ANSWER WAS, “YES”…I PUT A SMALL DOWN PAYMENT ON THE VEHICLE TO SHOW MY GOOD FAITH…ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT ASKED TO DO SO…THE NEXT DAY I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANICS…THEY FOUND A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE CAR…BUT NO DEAL BREAKERS…AND I ASKED THEM TO WRITE THEM DOWN…AND THEY DID…AND I WENT BACK TO CAR NATION AND SHOWED THEM WHAT MY MECHANICS FOUND…CAR NATION SAID THAT IF I STILL WANTED THE CAR…THEY WOULD FIX THE ISSUES AND I COULD PICK UP THE CAR AND TAKE IT HOME WITH ME THE NEXT DAY. THAT WAS FINE WITH ME. THE NEXT DAY…MIKE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY…I WANTED HIM TO CALL ME BEFORE I CAME DOWN BECAUSE I LIVE 60 MILES AWAY… WHEN I GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY…IT TURNED OUT THAT ONE OF THIER MECHANICS…CHRIS…WHO WORKED ON MY CAR THE PREVIOUS DAY… HAD A FEW EXTRA MINUTES ON HIS HANDS…SO HE TOOK ME ASIDE AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT HE DID TO THE CAR FOR ME…AND SHOWED ME PICTURES…ON HIS CELL PHONE… OF WHAT MY MECHANICS COULD NOT SEE…THE NOT VISIBLE PARTS THAT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS THAT MY MECHANICS COULD SEE…THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES…SO TO SPEAK… I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THAT… IF THAT WAS NOT “BEING TRANSPARENT,” THEN I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE PHRASE. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT MIKE TOLD ME WHEN I FIRST MET HIM WAS THAT CAR NATION PUTS ITS CARDS ON THE TABLE WHEN DEALING WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS…FOR EVERYBODY TO SEE…AND SINCE I HAVE NOW DEALT WITH CAR NATION…AND SEEN THEM DO JUST THAT FIRSTHAND…I’M A BELIEVER… THE LAST COUPLE OF THINGS MIKE DID AT THE CONCLUSION OF DOING BUSINESS WITH ME…WERE…WHEN WE STOOD UP…HE SHOOK MY HAND…THANKED ME FOR BUYING THE CAR…AND SAID, “NOW REMEMBER…WE PUT A WARRANTY ON OUR CARS…AND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG…WE WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT…WE’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE…WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE.” TO SUM UP… MANY SMALL CAR DEALERSHIPS…ARE NOTHING BUT LITTLE HUTS…WITH CARS THEY GOT FROM AN AUCTION…SITTING ON THEIR LOTS…OFTEN WITH NOTHING AT ALL HAVING BEEN DONE…MECHANICALLY…WITH THEM BEFORE THEY TRY TO SELL ONE TO YOU. Originally purchased 12 years ago to replace a Honda Civic as a sales vehicle, this car has proven to be the most reliable vehicle I've ever driven with the least amount of maintenance issues. It's also been a lot of fun to drive. The 5 speed manual transmission has provided excellent gas mileage and minimal brake wear. The only real issue I had was with the original radio/CD player not functioning in very cold weather. That I replaced with another model. Having owned this car for 12 years, it runs as well as when it was new.

Autumn was of great help. She came out to introduce herself. She showed me a few vehicles of my choice & worked with me until we figured out which vehicle best fit my needs. I went home happy with my purchase! Great experience. Thank you Autumn & Adam for all of your help!

I bought this 15K miles base model (Electric engine only) for 10K. A steal. Pros: 3 Driving modes for different conditions. Free public ev charging stations, usually charges 26 miles per hour or more, and that means free rides. Easy connectivity Stylish look (people actually have that what heck is that look) Nice cargo space once back seats are down. Cons: Inconsistent mile range readings. Range anxiety. Original Charger is a joke. 40 miles highway travel takes 12+ to recharge. 2-3 miles per hour recovery. Bmw either thinks people will bleed 50k (originally) for a substitute car, or people will always have 12-16 hours time to move between errands. Doors design is unusual. Still not as ridiculous as a coupe door design. Cargo space is so tiny with backseats up. Carseats for infants are difficult to place without sacrificing significant space for either the driver or the front passenger. My final verdict. If you purchase a 24amp or a more capable charger than you can manage. If you're soccer mom, or switch your hats often, this base model may not be for you. Still, if you really really a planner it may work out beautifully. If you're purchasing this as second car for the family, then you can save tons in cost. If you spot a free ev charging station you can literally run your range to close to empty then leave it at the charging station and picked it up after couple of hours.

Very impressed so far. Traded in a 2014 Audi S8 and the 4 years of improvements are noticeable. It has very good performance for a stock vehicle (nothing has enough), so down the road I will most likely talk to APR for a tune.

This is my 3rd Prius. For a couple years, we owned 2 Priuses (Prii?) at one time: a Green 2007 Base model with cloth seats and then added a Red 2009 Touring model with leather seats. I started driving for Uber/Lyft in the '09 Prius in Jan of 2015. The Chicago Uber/Lyft mileage rates were pretty low, so having a car that averaged 50 mpg was a plus. Then, after selling the '07, we traded in the '09 for the 2012 PPI. Bought it in Nov of 2018 at a Chicago Warehouse Dealer. It was in perfect shape and had tinted windows. Then in 2022 we moved from Chicago to Florida and bought a house with Solar Panels. I added Instacart to my Gig work and most of the time, my deliveries are on electric only miles. Even doing Gig work....I average only about $25 a week in Gas costs. In all 3 Prii....I've never needed any major repairs. I change the oil every 5k miles and have never needed new brakes yet on any of them since I do my best to use the coasting/regeneration method of braking.....which I believe extends the life of the brakes. Only regret is: the car has HEATED seats.....which was great in Chicago, but now here in Florida....wish they were Air Conditioned seats instead! I already have my eyes set on the new 2023 Prius Plug in (Prime?)....but will wait for them to come on the used car market. My current 2012 PPI will be too old for rideshare in 2027....so I have a good 3 more years to do research.

This car is on the slow side, but can be peppy if the buyer is willing to consider a manual transmission. Having a second Cam, and weighing less than the previous generation is a boon to it’s performance. While the Car is certainly comfortable, it’s lacking heated seats is a tad unfortunate. The handling is great with maybe a lighter steering feel, but on wider tires that goes away. The Fit feels equally at home carving mountain passes as it does on city streets. As for the styling, there are fake vents on the rear of the car that are somewhat distracting to me, but those have been slimmed down with models more recent than the 2015 I bought. The magic seats are an awesome space saving solution and the rear seats have much more space than the car is given credit for. All in all, it is an excellent car with good feel, and great value.

I had wanted Golf my whole life and now that I have it-it does not disappoint! It is SO much fun to drive and I have an automatic transmission! For being a smaller vehicle you can stuff a lot of things in it when needed.

Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

The car will work for someone with a small budget and desire a comfortable reliable ride. I recommend you buy it from a truly solid dealer that knows how to fix it with out excuses.
