2024 Polestar 2 review
Very nice and stable car to drive Interface nice and easy to use. Much more quality feel than my Tesla model S 2016. Only bad thing was depreciation so luckily I did not buy it brand new it had 4K miles on it so only dropped a lot.

2025 Kia Soul review
Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

It’s my second oil change at this place. Only this time I have tire rotation at the same time. I have a busy work days. I don’t know when I’ll be available. I come in on my day off. I said “I don’t have appointment. I need oil change and tire rotation”. I went to the lobby, less than 1 hour it was done. I also had screws in the tire but haven’t got the time. They fix those for me as well at no charge.

2024 Polestar 2 review
We first leased a 2024 Polestar 2 and really enjoyed it. Then we were in a significant crash where the vehicle at fault was much larger. We walked away unscathed and the Polestar did an incredible job keeping us safe. It's built on a Volvo frame, and the car felt absolutely solid during the crash. The other car had significantly more damage and fortunately the drivers were ok. We ended up purchasing a used Polestar after the crash and are really happy with it. Smooth ride, feels very tight and handles well. Yes, the interior shows dirt a bit but love that Polestar is incorporating recycled materials in the interiors. It's really a joy to drive and is a steal, given that it's cheaper than a Volvo, while sharing many Volvo components and frame. No mechanical issues for either the first or second Polestar.

I had been praying for a new car for my family and I either with a sunroof! On March 6 the Lord led Us to go to Kia on the Boulevard to start our in person search for the car of our dreams. Now PICTURE a Dreary Wednesday, raining hard as xxxx. Mr Andy came out in the rain to show us some Kia’s. He was so polite, kind and understanding. Even gave us an umbrella to not get soak while he had nothing but a hood on. He showed us a car that we liked , but due to having to get our children we could not stay to talk numbers. He was very understanding and even offered to come in the next day which was his on his day off to help us with a car. We made an appointment, but was not able to keep it! Agin he was understanding. I even went to another car dealership who was horrible and very unprofessional. I guess I had to see the worst to come back to the best! I called Mr Andy and explain what happened and he was no worries I got you , no one will treat you like I do! lol! Me and my husband came in today and walked out with a brand new Kia sportage with everything I asked for! Won’t Jesus do and Andy too! Follow up to review. (UPDATE) I was contacted by the used car manager Joe about my issue which was the tire sensor. He informed me that they definitely will not be sending me to a Ford dealership to fixed the sensor. He said they would do it there even if they had to send it out( they would definitely pay for it) so I was told to bring my car on 11/16 to fix the issue. I was then referred to Steve. Steve handle the situation with grace. I would say I was there maybe about a hour or so . It really didn’t seem long. Steve came to get me to let me know everything was finished. Now what I didn’t notice was they even threw in a complimentary car wash! So job well done and Joe called me after to make sure I was good. Thank you both for taking care of the issue. Tire sensor issue solved!

My first interaction was with Anthony Jordan in Vehicle Maintenance, who went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue with my sunroof, during some of the rainiest days of the month, no less. He not only worked to find a solution but also gave me honest advice about considering a trade-in and exploring a lease option. I also want to recognize Lauren Eakin from the Lead Generation team for her clear and consistent communication leading up to my visit. But by far, the best part of my experience was working with Steve Hill, my Dealer Representative. Steve was transparent, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like I was being "sold" on anything. I came in very hesitant (I haven’t had a car payment in over five years) but Steve made me feel great about my decision and genuinely excited about this next step with Kia. John Agavino, the Finance Manager, was a class act. He made the entire process seamless and even helped me arrange for a copy of my trade-in vehicle’s title, allowing me to take the new leased car home the same day. He was personable, patient, and incredibly helpful. Paul Sargent and Steve LaMonaca, from Management, were also excellent and checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. I originally came in just to browse and ended up leaving with a new car! This isn’t my first time at Scott Kia. I purchased my 2015 Optima there brand new with 0 miles, had it serviced there even after the warranty expired, and finally traded it in at 84k miles. The staff has always been friendly, honest, and helpful. They turned something I typically dread, buying or leasing a car, into a genuinely enjoyable experience. This dealership is truly one of a kind.
2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Examples of other dealer encounters were petty things like being charged $3 every time for windshield washer fluid even when the reservoir was filled to the top when I took it in, not rotating tires (confirmed because I had marked each wheel before service), needing a front end alignment on my second service and getting it back with the steering wheel off center without any documentation of before and after measurements, plus more. I found Scott Kia to be a pleasant surprise and will continue my service with them as long as I own a Kia. I do wish they were a little larger and had more inventory. But as far as service goes, I will recommend this business to anyone, Professional, honest, and fairly priced.
2026 Kia K4 review
My new K4 GT Turbo is a great car. Styling is beautiful, performance is excellent and the interior features are outstanding. Highly recommend the K4.
