After visiting several dealerships over the past few months, I was pleasantly surprised with how calm and easy my experience was. Jacob was not pushy, down to earth, and fair. I’ve never had service here, yet, so I cannot speak to that portion but my sales experience was 5 stars. 🌟

Honda of Cleveland Heights review
Was hands down the smoothest process I’ve been through at any dealership and I’ve been to many. I worked with Michael Dorony as my sales consultant. Very nice, friendly, down to earth guy. From the second I walked in he greeted me with a smile. We took a test drive and was very helpful and thorough with showing me everything I needed to know. Got back and started gathering my info, plugging numbers. It’s rare to see anymore but a very honest upfront dealership. Not trying to scam you into a higher payment no manipulation etc. That is Very very hard to find. He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.

Excellent service. Efficient, polite, helpful. Good advice. We have been using this service at the Bedford Ohio dealer even though we live in New York City. We time our visits to Ohio to use this service team.

Crossroads Car and Truck review
My purchase went very smoothly and quickly. I went for a test driving just a few minutes after arriving. Satisfied, moved on to closing. While setting up new auto insurance, all paperwork was prepared. Donald was very experienced and explained things clearly and patiently until I understood. I am glad I found a good car at a good price here!
