San Leandro HondaReviews
San Leandro Honda review
I recently had the pleasure of working with Malik Wash at San Leandro Honda, and I can't speak highly enough of my experience. From the moment I arrived, Malik's professionalism and friendly demeanor made a significant difference. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout the entire. The entire purchasing process was smooth and efficient, largely thanks to Malik's attention to detail. He kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I understood the financing options and all the features of my new car. It truly felt like I was working with a trusted friend rather than just another salesperson. If you're in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend reaching out to Malik Wash at San Leandro Honda. His exceptional customer service and dedication to his clients truly set him apart. Thank you, Malik, for making my car-buying experience so enjoyable!

CarMax SerramonteReviews
CarMax Serramonte review
I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

2024 Honda Accord review
Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

AutoNation Honda Fremont review
I had been looking for a replacement car for about 6 mos. I found the Audi A3 on Carfax and immediately asked about its availability. The response was great and I made an appointment to come in to see the car. It was exactly as described. I was impressed by the transparency of the buying process. No haggling or endless trips to see the manager. The purchase was smooth, no negotiating, costs were disclosed. And I'm very happy to have bought my A3 sedan from AutoNation Honda of Freemont.

CarMax Capitol ExpresswayReviews
CarMax Capitol Expressway review
This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

Victory Honda of Morgan Hill review
The service and knowledge of Daniel Avendaño is superb! We went to the Honda dealership 3 months ago to see our options and he gave us all the options without being pushy or pressuring us. At the end we bought not 1 but 2 cars and we couldn’t be happier with Daniel, and the whole team service. We definitely recommend Victory Honda of Morgan Hill to be your starting point, if you’re looking for a car!

I wanted to leave a review because of the outstanding service I received this week when my anti-theft alarm would not stop going off. Everyone knows how extremely annoying that can be. It started on a Sunday when service was closed but Fernando De La Cruz in Sales went above and beyond to try to help remedy the problem. While Fernando is not a mechanic, he did try to help me eliminate some possible issues. He took a great deal of time with me and seemed to genuinely want to help resolve the issue. He reminded me of what a great salesperson I had when Kevin S. sold me the car. It is clear by my interaction with Fernando that this dealership hires professionals that put the needs of the customer first. The next day, I bought my car in nearly a day before the first available appointment that had been available through the dealerships online system. There was quite a line of cars in front of me but both Matt Coons and John Barlett were patient and helpful even though my appointment was for another day. I have dealt with Matt several times when I have bought my car in for maintenance, He has spoiled me with is prompt, knowledgeable and friendly service. This time was no exception. He kept his cool when there were several customers all of the counter people were trying to help while my alarm almost unseizingly continued to sound. After my initial visit, John Bartlett was my contact person and he made a real effort to return my calls and keep me updated. I have to note that this all occurred as the UAW strike was starting to heat up, so being able to get parts and know when they would arrive was becoming a bit challenging. I was planning an out of town trip and it was imperative that I had my car to get to the airport. John knew I was nervous about this and his updates helped to lessen my worry. John also gave me some "worst case scenario" suggestions that made the situation much less stressful. Finally, I have to thank Johnathan Chamberlain. I did not speak with Mr. Chamberlain but he is noted on my receipt as the person who inspected the car, so I believe he is the person that isolated the problem and installed the part, less than an hour after it arrived at the dealership. Without his expertise, I doubt very seriously that I would have my car back and in working order. With a such hardworking and conscious team, I know I did the right thing purchasing and having my car serviced at this dealership.

I recently purchased a car from Gilroy Hyundai. From the moment I walked in the salesperson was very knowledgeable and did not feel pressured. The negotiation process was straightforward and finance manager clearly explained the paperwork. I highly recommend this dealership.

Laid back experience. Cars are as is-what you see is what you get. The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking. Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.
