When we started walking towards the door Andrew met us in the parking lot. We knew what we wanted to look at and he took us right to the mini vans. He was knowledgeable, professional and full of dad jokes. He took us right to the Siennas in our budget and with the features we wanted. We only needed to see one before we knew we were ready to make the switch. Their financing team was amazing, beating our pre approval and getting us an amazing deal that we didn’t know was even possible. We were in and out, papers signed in about 3 hours. Best car buying experience we’ve ever had.

Great SUV if you can get past the styling. I remember when these came out and thought why did they make these. 12 years later I decided I wanted an SUV, found one and now think it's unique compared to all the common crossovers of today. Drives great, slightly higher off the ground but not overly tall, and is spacious. The hatch / trunk space isn't as practical as a CR-V or Pilot but fits between those two nicely as an alternative with plush ride, plenty power, and ability to cruise mile after mile. For occasional hauling needs, throwing a bike in the back, or for doggie transport, it's a great vehicle that goes everywhere regardless of weather.

This car met all of my needs. One owner, long service history, exterior in great condition which you would not expect from a 2010. The interior is immaculate, rides smooth, and very comfortable. Great vehicle at a great price!!

Love the room inside. I had a Toyota CH-R, to small in side but a great look. Then I got the Honda Crosstour 2014 and love it all around! I love how you can drive all the time with the right mirror camera for turns and bicyclists. The black bar on the hatchbac does cut the view for the rear, but you get used to it. It does help black headlights behind you. Roomy, good on gas. Solid car, green/teal is very pretty. I actually get compliments on it. 5 STARS.

I purchased a used 2010 Honda Crosstour ex-l trim back in October and I'm writing this review after 10 months of ownership. This car is fantastic in every way and I love it. The interior quality is great, I purchased it used with 129,000 miles on it and leather is perfectly intact and car drives like a dream. The rear visibility does get some time to get used to but the rear view camera does help a lot!! It tackles snow with no problem (I live in Illinois) and comfort and features are abundant.

Ben and Kenny were super helpful in getting me approved and once I was approved the process was quick and easy. I will send everyone I know to them from now on.

Great engine/transmission. Good gas mileage for 4x4. Sporty feel and plenty of room for a family trip. Looking forward to pushing this one to 300,000 miles!

We usually find cars/suvs that are suitable for our larger size dogs. The Crossover should still be made - shame on you Honda. AWD V6 handles most driving conditions with ease. Heavier so highway driving and stability great. Hold 5 adults no problem. storage and cargo amazing as split seats fold down flat. Honda reliability and we love this car - so much we bought a 2nd newr model as well

I bought this 2011 in 2017 and it had 1 owner. I am taken back by the fact it has hardly no wear or tear. Drives excellent and handles quick maneuverability. I live in the northern area and have no problem in the snow. I want another one in a couple of years. Unfortunately Honda no longer makes them. Maybe the Pilot. This is my first Honda car. Very happy I got this car :-)

Went to Phat’s today to look at a Camry and can say this was easily my best dealer experience. Phat took the time out of his busy day to talk with me about the car and share his great knowledge of the engines and navigating the used car buying experience. He gave me advice and was honest and straight up with me placing no pressure to buy the car even giving advice which would lead me elsewhere. If your like me and hate going to dealerships because of the sellers you usually encounter, I can assure you that if you walk in and ask for Phat he will give you that feeling right off the bat that he is a trust worthy person. He will give you advice about the vehicle (coming from a master auto technician) and get you into something that is right for you not into some xxx that has the best profit margin. Also if your cool he will even show you cars he is working on in his shop and shoot the xxxx! My experience today was different (for the better) because the small issues I had with the car he was willing to sit down and go over making a list to fix before we made a deal… where I am used to the seller dropping the notorious “the car is priced for what your getting”. Anyways, he has clean cars there and stands by them with a warranty that is rare in the used car business. And trust me when you talk to him you know he will stand behind his warranty and his cars. That is why I will be going back.. he just had a vehicle come in that I like but is not ready yet. Thanks again Phat for all the knowledge and just being a cool dude!
