Love this dealership! Purchased a used vehicle with my wife 6 months ago from Alejandro (Alex) and came back as we are planning for a third child and looking to replace our second car, a 3 row crossover, with a vehicle that has easier access to the third row (minivan). Our former salesman was out on medical leave but Cesar (CJ), Jeanette and a young salesman, forgot his name, stepped up and provided a wonderful experience. We did not end up purchasing the Odyssey as we were unable to come to terms on the Out the Door pricing but still enjoyed a wonderful few rounds of negotiations. As someone who has worked in many auto and power sports related industries before and through attending university, I am always impressed with Mossy’s professionalism, kindness and just general calm while putting up with my antics. My family highly recommends this dealer network. Also a shoutout to the service department that performed a service and recall fix on our previously purchased vehicle within a few hours on one of the days we were at the dealership negotiating. I don’t often write reviews …but felt that my recent experience at Hoehn Honda in Carlsbad deserved a shout out. Service Advisor, Jim Malandra, took a frustrating issue with my blue tooth phone connection and went above and beyond researching a solution and orchestrating the fix. He also followed up several days later to ensure the issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied. Jim’s attention to detail and amazing follow-up are a rare thing these days. Honda is very fortunate to have such a professional yet caring and personable employee.
2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.
