Kendall Toyota review
The service department is exceptional! I live in Aventura and was in the Kendall area when I encountered a problem with my A/C, and with 90-degree weather outside, this was worst case scenario for me. I didn't have an appointment and was scared I'd wait an eternity. I was taken in almost immediately, explained the problem, and my issue was solved within two hours (that is crazy fast considering service was pretty busy AND I didn't have an appointment). Very happy with their services and prices aren't bad at all. Not sure if they'll become my go to for service considering how far they are from me, but I'm very satisfied and will recommend them to my friends and family. Give them a shot! You won't regret it.

We recently bought a new Elantra 2016. The buying experience was really excellent. The sales representative, Liliana Serrano, was very helpful, professional, and made the whole transaction go smoothly and satisfactory. My wife and I will recommend relatives and friends to visit Potamkin Hyunday whenever they are looking planning to buy a car.

I had an excellent car-buying experience thanks to Marcel and Dyan. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, honest, and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just genuine help in finding the right truck for me at a fair deal. They made what can usually be a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers, I highly recommend asking for Marcel and Dyan. Thank you both for making this such a great experience—I couldn't be happier with my new truck!

2025 Honda Civic review
I traded in a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring because it was going to to cost more to fix the major issues (as a second owner I did not know the CR-V had that many things wrong). I put money down on the Civic Sport that I was going to use for the repairs. I do have to say it's a nice car and I hope it will last longer than I expect. That being said I didn't want to buy another Honda but I did go to a dealership that I trust more than anybody else. I will come back and further my review once I have 5,000 miles on it.

I went to Hgreg Nissan about two hours earlier than my scheduled appointment and everyone was very welcoming. The receptionist and the general manager was at the front desk,a sales manager assigned sales person Cesar to me. Cesar was at no time pushed any extras and made the car buying process easy and stress free. It was a five star experience from start to end. It helps a lot to do your research beforehand.

We traveled up from Fort Myers with two appointments to look at a used car for my daughter. The first appointment with another dealer was an absolute joke, but then we traveled an hour to Kendall — and what a difference! First impression: the atmosphere was bright, clean, and welcoming. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I was blessed to have the best associate, Yosniel Cruz, greet us. He immediately looked up the car we came to see and even showed us a few others slightly below and above our range, which I really appreciated for comparison. The test drive went great, and the rest of the process was effortless. There was absolutely no pressure, and we were able to get the number we wanted. In finance, Frank was professional, friendly, and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Yosniel Cruz. He even followed up afterward to make sure we got home safely and that everything was good. I’ll definitely be referring friends and family — it cwas absolutely worth the drive!

Had a great experience at Honda of Aventura leasing a new Honda Accord. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Brandon Gutierrez was knowledgeable, low-pressure, and easy to work with—he made everything simple. Sales manager Sean Nastelon was straightforward and fair, and there was no back-and-forth nonsense with the numbers. I ended up with an excellent lease deal that worked for my budget. Caridad Marquez in finance was also fantastic—clear, efficient, and professional. Overall, it was one of the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend.

I recently needed some minor body work on the front side bumper area where a car had scraped it. The car came back just like new. All the employees that I interacted with were very nice and professional. No one tried to over sell me on things I didn’t need giving me more faith in their honesty. Very pleased with this experience. Highly recommend them based on my experience.

CarMax OrlandoReviews
CarMax Orlando review
I traded in a 6 month old Lexus hybrid for a Mitsibushi lancer. I paid $20k for the lexus and my 16 year old pretended to like it but he hated it. It was a lame hybrid and his friends laughed at him. So before he even got his license and had only added 400 miles to the car I took it back. Eliot got me a deal on a Mitsibushi with 19,000 miles. The trade in came back at $14,000. Eliot WENT BACK AND GOT ME A BETTER DEAL! because I was a previous Carmax customer. I ended up with a 5 year warranty on the Mitsubishi and a $700 refund... You cannot beat Carmax. If you buy cars from this dealership THEY LOOK AFTER YOU. Genuine customer.
