Victor provided all info before hand so I could make my decision on a long trip. Once I got to test the car and accepted its condition, Beyza and the team were great facilitate the buysell. It was a very transparent deal. The next steps in buying a car from out of state were done very good and trustworthy. I recommend this business.
2018 Honda Civic review
I got this Civic Touring 2018 from my son as a gift. To my surprise, it’s quite comfortable inside, not tight at all. The ride is comfortable and road noises not pronounced, but wind noise increases when the speed goes beyond 60 mph. I just got this car less than 3 months so I didn’t spend much time in dashboard functions and buttons. Those on the steering wheel need my study too. The GPS is not good compared with Google’s even after new updates from Honda (Garmin). I always use gps on cellphone. Will come back after having enough experiences.

Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Farrish Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I rarely write reviews, especially for car dealerships. In fact, after purchasing both new and used vehicles from a variety of dealerships over the years, I have never felt compelled to leave a positive review—until now. My experience with Farrish Jeep Chrysler Used Cars was outstanding from start to finish. What immediately stood out was the dedication and professionalism of the sales team, particularly Bryan and Mikaela. During a massive blizzard, when many people would have understandably stayed home, Bryan made the effort to come into the dealership and personally show me several trucks. That level of customer commitment is exceptionally rare and demonstrated that he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. I was also extremely impressed with Uday, the Sales Manager. The quality of the inventory at Farrish is noticeably different from many other used car dealerships in the DMV area. While many dealers seem to rely heavily on auction vehicles or former fleet inventory, Uday appears to focus on sourcing owner-maintained vehicles that have been better cared for throughout their lives. That attention to vehicle selection makes a tremendous difference when shopping for a gently used vehicle and gave me a much greater level of confidence in my purchase. The financing process was equally pleasant thanks to Angel, the Finance Manager. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the transaction. I particularly appreciated the dealership's flexibility in allowing customers to use credit cards toward some or all of the purchase price, making it possible to earn valuable rewards points—a perk that many dealerships refuse to offer. Angel also thoroughly explained Farrish's comprehensive in-house warranty program. Fortunately, I have not needed to use the warranty, but it is reassuring to know that such coverage is available should the need arise. The entire buying process was a welcome relief compared to some of Farrish's competitors throughout the DMV region. There was no excessive pressure, no games, and no feeling that anyone was trying to maximize profit at the expense of the customer experience. What truly set this dealership apart, however, was how they handled a miscommunication during the purchasing process. Rather than ignoring the issue or making excuses, Dan, the Operations Director, personally reached out to me by both phone and email. He quickly addressed and resolved the situation, demonstrating that his priority was building a long-term relationship rather than maximizing a one-time transaction. He made it clear that Farrish values its customers and wants them to return in the future, rather than viewing each buyer as a single opportunity to extract as much profit as possible. That level of accountability and customer care is increasingly rare and deserves recognition. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I have ever had. The professionalism of Bryan, the carefully curated inventory selected by Uday, the excellent financing support from Angel, and Bryan’s commitment to customer satisfaction combined to create an experience that far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Farrish Jeep Chrysler Used Cars and will absolutely look to Farrish for any future vehicle purchases. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fred's Executive AutoReviews
Fred's Executive Auto review
Outstanding Customer Service – The Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had! I recently purchased a beautiful black 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 from Fred's Executive Auto, and I can honestly say this was the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. They easily earned a well-deserved 5-star rating from me! If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from everyone in the office. Every employee made me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Their customer service exceeded every expectation I had. Mike was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process. He took the time to show me the vehicle, explain its features and capabilities, answer every question I had, and allow me to take it for a thorough test drive. He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured. His expertise and honesty gave me complete confidence in my decision. In fact, I was so impressed with the experience that I returned within 24 hours to purchase the vehicle. The professionalism displayed by the entire Fred's Executive Auto team was exceptional. Everyone worked together to ensure the process was seamless, smooth, and stress-free. Logan and Mike even offered to have my vehicle delivered to my home the following day. Mike also provided me with his personal contact information so I could reach out if I had any questions after leaving—a level of service that is rare to find today. When I returned to finalize my purchase, I was once again warmly greeted by the staff and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Q. It was immediately evident that he is an outstanding owner who truly cares about both his employees and his customers. He treats everyone like family, and that culture is reflected throughout the entire dealership. Before delivering my vehicle, Mr. Q. even offered to have it professionally inspected to ensure everything was perfect. Mike made sure my Mercedes was detailed to perfection and Logan ensure it was filled with a full tank of gas before delivery. Oliver assisted me with my insurance and additional paperwork, while several other team members stepped in to help make the process efficient and enjoyable. Chase personally delivered my vehicle to my home after its inspection and even took the time to give me a tutorial on its features, patiently answering every question I had. Throughout my experience, I enjoyed great conversations, refreshments, and, most importantly, the reassurance that their relationship with me would not end once the paperwork was signed. They made it clear they would continue to support me with any questions or concerns I may have in the future. I also received an unbelievable deal on my vehicle, making the experience even more rewarding. The team at Fred's Executive Auto is knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and genuinely committed to serving their customers with excellence. They don't treat you like another sale—they treat you like family. They made me feel like a priority from beginning to end, and I left with complete confidence in my purchase and a huge smile on my face. After visiting numerous dealerships during my search for a vehicle, I can say without hesitation that Fred's Executive Auto is the very best by far. Their integrity, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are second to none. I give Fred's Executive Auto 5 stars without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and an exceptional car-buying experience. Thank you, Mr. Q., Mike, Logan, Oliver, Chase, and the entire Fred's Executive Auto family for making this such an unforgettable experience. Thank you for treating me like family, making me feel like a priority, and proving that outstanding customer service still exists. I look forward to doing business with you again!

Ihan, Stanley, Edwin, and Allison are a great team and made the car buying process stress-free and oddly fun! Ihan knows his cars, and Stanley is an informative and enjoyable personality. Edwin and Allison sail right in with timely support. As I said, they're a great team and they aim to make the customer happy. I'll highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know.
2018 Honda Civic review
Absolutely love my car. 2018 SI sedan 6speed manual. A/C was fixed at dealer a while back. No problem since. No other problems of any kind. I never get under 35MPG COMBINED city and freeway. We drove to Phoenix and never got gas on the way. I’m at almost 90k miles, favorite car I have owned. I added a subwoofer to the stock stereo and it’s pretty good with Dolby Neural. I am amazed at the engineering to have over 200hp and just under 40mpg. Seat material is cheap. That’s one complaint. And it rides like a civic SI especially in sport mode. The handling is top notch I’ve scared a few people taking corners. If you like the SI cars over the years, this is one of the best

Great car; turbo 1.5 liter, very peppy. Had one issue with my info screen which was satisfactorily resolved. In eco mode, getting 34 mpg. Like the exterior styling very much, and would buy another Civic. Have had two Honda Accords in the past.

2017 Honda Civic review
Within it's class there is no better value. The overall layout and functionality of the car is superb. The 1.5L Turbo exhibits less turbo lag than any other turbo car I have ever driven. At first I was skeptical about the CVT, however, a hatchback with a 5-speed manual was unavailable (searched a 5 state area) when I purchased in March 2017. I was quite impressed with the performance of the CVT both in acceleration, functionality, and most of all the mileage matched with the engine. (70 mph cruise w/ A/C 38 mpg) Six years and 45K miles later (COVID kept the miles low) the car has had zero repairs other than routine maintenance. Handling is superb. Rear end styling isn't my favorite; but the hatchback is extremely useful in hauling materials (10 ft 2" x 4" lumber with fit with hatch closed). My 5th Honda bought new. (1982 Accord, 1997 Civic, 2002 S2000, 2007 CRV, & 2017 Civic Sport Hatchback).

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

Hi Amir Khan, From our initial interaction to the moment I drove off the lot, your professionalism and dedication were evident. You made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Your knowledge about the vehicle, including its features and history, was impressive, and your transparency in answering all my questions instilled confidence in my decision to purchase. Moreover, your approach to negotiation was fair and respectful. You listened to my concerns and preferences, and we were able to reach a mutually beneficial agreement without any pressure. I truly appreciate your patience and willingness to accommodate my needs throughout the negotiation process. Additionally, I would like to thank you for your post-sale assistance. You took the time to explain the warranty coverage and provided valuable insights into ongoing maintenance recommendations, which have been incredibly helpful. The only negative is your pricing online needs to be more clear about the advertised discounts. Dr. Irshad
2023 Honda Civic review
After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

2018 Honda Civic review
I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.

Zarvo Motors review
If you are looking for a dealership that completely redefines the car-buying experience, Zarvo Motors is the place to go. From the moment you walk onto the lot, you are greeted with a welcoming, no-pressure environment that immediately puts you at ease. The entire team operates with a level of professionalism and care that is incredibly rare in the automotive industry today, making it clear that they value building long-term relationships with their customers over just making a quick sale. What truly sets this dealership apart is the exceptional service provided by Zer Ali and Jason. Both of these gentlemen go above and beyond to ensure that all your questions are answered and that you feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Zer Ali stands out for his incredible patience and deep knowledge, guiding you through the inventory without a hint of salesmanship aggression. Meanwhile, Jason ensures that the logistical and financial sides of the house run seamlessly, making the paperwork feel straightforward rather than overwhelming. Together, they form an absolute dream team that makes car buying genuinely enjoyable. The absolute highlight of dealing with Zarvo Motors, however, is their unmatched honesty and transparency regarding their pricing. There are no hidden fees, unexpected add-ons, or frustrating gimmicks waiting for you at the signing table. Zer Ali and Jason lay every single cost out in the open from the very beginning, explaining the numbers clearly so you know exactly what you are paying for. It is incredibly refreshing to work with automotive professionals who treat your budget with respect and ensure you leave with complete peace of mind. Ultimately, Zarvo Motors has earned my highest recommendation thanks to their integrity and stellar customer service. Buying a vehicle can often be a stressful and distrustful process, but this team proves it doesn't have to be. If you want a fair deal, a high-quality vehicle, and an honest experience, do yourself a favor and ask for Zer Ali and Jason. They have earned a customer for life, and I will be sending all of my friends and family their way.

despite numerous quality & reliability issues ( 2016 thru 2021 ) > many will never be resolved by Honda as Honda accepts no responsibility nor concern about problems > including mechanical & in-vehicle entertainment systems, Honda still retains value.

Sheehy Honda review
Curtis Barger and Fikir Toru were amazing sales reps. I negotiated a price on-line and when I got there and they were getting the paperwork ready we were chatting and when I mentioned that I was retired military they knocked an additional $500 off the price. They could have easily just said the discount was part of the negotiated price since I had mentioned it in my email exchanges but they didn't, the honesty was extremely refreshing. This was the second car I've purchased from this dealership and the last experience in 2020 was just as good. I highly recommend both the dealership and Curtis and Fikir. Definitely give them a call if you are looking for a Honda.
2019 Honda Civic review
We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

I will say, the staff with Sheehy went the extra mile for us buying our daughter a car. It was a lengthy drive that I made them aware of first off so they knew my time was important. They did a great job helping us out and making the deal work for us, even to the point of delivering the car to us, which was a huge load off our shoulders being nearly 4 hrs away. Our daughter loves the car and I will make sure to check with them again for future needs.

2017 Honda Civic review
I recently purchased a new Honda Civic, and it has been an amazing experience so far. The car drives very smoothly, handles well on both highways and city roads, and gives excellent gas mileage. The interior is comfortable and modern, with plenty of space and great visibility. I especially love the reliability that Honda is known for and the advanced safety features that make me feel confident while driving. It’s the perfect balance of style, comfort, and performance I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable and efficient car.

Zarvo Motors review
I had a fantastic experience buying from Zarvo Motors and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism and customer service was top-notch. If you are looking for a stress-free vehicle shopping experience, this is absolutely the place to go. A special shoutout goes to Jason and Zee, who made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. They are truly the definition of honest guys, which is so hard to find in the automotive industry these days. They took the time to answer all my questions, never pressured me, and were completely transparent about every single detail from start to finish. As for the truck itself, it was immaculately clean and in pristine condition when I checked it out. It was obvious that they take great pride in their inventory and don't cut any corners when preparing vehicles for their customers. I am thrilled with my purchase and grateful to Jason and Zee for their integrity and excellent service!

Brett was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A true professional.
2016 Honda Civic review
Bought this as a commuter. I get way about the EPA estimate for MPG. I average 45mpg across a tank of gas. I have the 2.0L model. So easy to do maintenance on and just works. I bought it as a lease turn-in when it was 3 years old and had 34k miles on it. I have 138k on the odometer now. In that entire time, I have replaced a single item that was not part of regular maintenance - some fuel sensor that the dealer replaced because of a light on the dash and was around $150 to diagnose and fix. Otherwise just the basic stuff - oil, brakes, spark plugs, wipers, etc. There has been one common fault that if you look at these reviews long enough you will see. An A/C problem was common on this generation. There is a factory recall on it. Both mine, and my brothers 2017 model had it done at no charge. Other than that my only grips on this car are minor crap like a select few button placement choices or the oddness that the driver can't operate all windows with the window lock engaged - usually that is bypassed only for the driver. So shy of some very small things, I would buy another one of these in a heartbeat.

2018 Honda Civic review
Have had this car for almost 2 years now. I love my little Honda Civic. I love the styling on the exterior, however I feel like the interior styling is a tad "out-of-date," even for 2018. I love the sparkle of the paint that my dark blue Honda Civic has, and it has held up very well. The interior, however, feels a little cheap and there are quite a few rattles that are annoying. I ended up replacing the radio because I was tired of the stock head unit that just wasn't very functional. The engine and transmission have been very dependable. The AC has broken on my vehicle 4 times so far, with only 85k miles on my vehicle. I have ran into several other issues that were quite minor, one of them being the gauge cluster quite literally turned off while driving and I couldn't see how fast I was going. However, the car rides very well, albeit there is a bit of road noise, and the seats are okay. It's an economy commuter car, and you can't really expect a whole lot of luxurious comfort from that. The transmission can be a little jumpy, which is to be expected as it is a CVT, but I don't mind it as I get really good gas mileage, and the car is quite peppy and you'll have no issues getting up to speed on the highway, which it is hard to find both of those characteristics in a compact economy vehicle. The base model, LX, of this model year is very lacking when it comes to safety features, so I would recommend at least going for the EX or EX-L. My parents and I have been Honda people for quite a long time, and we can say that even though Honda is still reliable, their reliability isn't quite what it used to be. However, their reliability within the past 2 or 3 years has improved from what it was in 2016-2018.
