We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.

2019 Honda CR-V review
This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.

2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

In addition to Ron and Jeff. I was very pleased with the finance department in terms of how easy the process was and allowing me to pick and choose which Service plans if any work best for me. Jo and Josiah were awesome to work with. I have owned and purchased a number of vehicles from other dealerships. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. The whole process was awesome and the people there made it so comfortable and easy to purchase a vehicle that I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to at least give them a try. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.
