2020 Honda CR-V review
I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

Hendrick Motors of Charlotte review
My recent experiene at Hendrick Motors of Charlotte was outstanding !! My Client Advisor, Miguel Chirinos, made the entire process smooth and stress free. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very patient with me during the entire process. Miguel took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the purchase. I truly appreciated his honesty and dedication to providing outstanding customer service rather than pushing for a sale. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a great overall experience.

Jerry Hunt Supercenter review
my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives, etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. Zack, who did the paperwork, was also very polite, and thorough...would recommend Jerry Hunt Auto...ps, and ask for Axel

2020 Honda CR-V review
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

Lady on phone very nice and pleasant. Great experience, no pressure. Mark was very helpful. No surprises when looking at paperwork. Nothing I did not want. Highly recommended. Would definitely buy from them again.
2020 Honda CR-V review
We own 2 2020 Honda CRV EX-L and cannot be happier. We both love all the features that came with them. If you want to buy a Honda CRV around this time frame, had another one a 2019, traded it for the 2020 which had lower mileage and a color we really wanted. If buying one, go for the EX-L, well worth the little more money for what you get. Those that write negative reviews about this car...well I just don't get it. Maybe got a bad one and dealer not any good in helping them. We had some very minor issues with ours but Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA took care of everything and no hassle. As far as the electronics and main control screen, it can be a little bit of a nightmare if one is not electronically inclined. But our dealer Bianchi Honda Of Erie PA gave a thorough explanation of the basics. I figured out the rest myself by reading the manual and watching the many videos available by Honda on the many other features. All the cars we got were Preowned Certified and looked brand new.

2020 Honda CR-V review
Just got one with 15,000 miles on it. In pristine condition. Still learning all the features since I never owned a car with so much tech. Once I learn one at a time, I found many of the features very useful. Over quality of build for the vehicle meets all my past expectations of past Honda vehicles. Don't understand the negative remarks about acceleration. If I have to get out of situation fast, which I had to, vehicle responded immediately and to my surprise much faster than expected. I have to keep in mind when driving it, speed can getaway with you if not driving properly, very quick for me on acceleration. Only negatives I have is: For a high quality vehicle it has no back up sensors, just a camera. It does have guidelines on the camera. I guess once I practice with the guidelines more, I will be able to see and not need back up sensors. The other item not happy with is the center console storage. You have to slide two panels to see all that is in the compartment, since the lower compartment is so long for plenty of storage. Just one long long panel would be great. Also, the flip up center armrest in the front would be great if it had an inner compartment on the arm rest. For me it is a very comfortable and relaxing vehicle to drive. I notice I do not get as tired on long trips in this car, compared to my previous. It has excellent storage, plenty for my needs. History will tell if Honda downgraded on things compared to the past. I got the remaining factory bumper to bumper warranty (Certified) along with the top of line extended maintenance for 10 years/100,000 miles. So feel pretty comfortable about future repairs since I will only be responsible for regular maintenance and normal wear and tear parts. Overall....REALLY HAPPY! On top of that I am dealing with a fantastic dealer, BIANCHI HONDA OF ERE. From the salesman, used car manager, finance department and service, they have been great, friendly people to deal with. Late Note: We also own the 2019 CRV, along with 2020, Both are EX-L version. Had the 2019 longer, also a fantastic vehicle.

Modern Toyota review
We had an outstanding experience working with Amanda Harris at Modern Toyota in Winston-Salem. She was extremely professional, friendly, and patient as we navigated several unexpected delays in getting the title for our trade-in. Amanda went above and beyond to hold the vehicle we really wanted, and made the entire trade and purchase process smooth and pressure-free. We drive from Raleigh to Winston just to buy from this dealership because there's no haggling or overselling—just honest, exceptional service. This was our fourth purchase from Modern Toyota and certainly won’t be our last. Highly recommend both the dealership and Amanda!
