Honda of Cleveland HeightsReviews
Honda of Cleveland Heights review
One day looking for cars on internet I saw one I liked so I called Honda at Cleveland Heights. Frank Shorf answered the phone shortly. He said the vehicle I was interested on was sold, but he would help me find one like that. Next day I was already on the way to get a new car! Himself and the rest of the personal were very nice and informative. I got a better car than the one I liked at first for a great price!

Spitzer Ford HartvilleReviews
Spitzer Ford Hartville review
I think we got off to a less than stellar start relative to a pre-owned vehicle. As I recall I was handed off to more than one person. When I finally landed with Zack Koval, everything changed to better than a 100% effort on my behalf! Zack was the greatest, I could even talk to him at his off-hour(s). If Zack did not have my answer, he got it. I was pleasantly surprised because someone cared! Zack cared!!!
2024 Honda CR-V review
My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

Lambert Buick GMC review
I love my 2012 Lacrosse and will not take her to any other dealer for service. My appointments are always on time, the explanation of necessary services is clearly explained and the staff is quite pleasant and informative. I've purchased all of my Buicks from Lambert since 2001. There is no better dealership or service department. Thanks Mr. Lambert and staff.

North Coast Mitsubishi Bedford review
Wow, what an experience. I'm not even sure how to put words to the level of customer service Renee produced today. I called and she answered. Fast, friendly, and exceedingly knowledgeable. I honestly felt like she wasn't just trying to make a fast buck. Renee went above and beyond to get me in a car and get my life on track. No credit, poor credit...nothing Renee can't handle. I felt 100% Renee was working for me today and am quite certain she would do the same for others. I would without a doubt recommend North Coast Mitsubishi of Bedford. I walked in thinking I would not find what I wanted. Thanks to Renee, I drove out of the parking lot with the car and the break that I needed. All I can say is ths, if you need a car today call Renee!

Great Lakes Honda review
I highly recommend Great Lakes Honda for your next car purchase. I just traded in my 2016 Honda Pilot and purchased a 2023 Honda CR-v Sport Hybrid from sales consultant Sita Biswa. I had an excellent experience working with her. Sita is professional, personable, and went the extra mile to provide me with the best possible deal, as did the rest of the staff supporting the transaction. I've been buying Hondas from Great Lakes Honda for over 25 years (this is my 5th), and have had all my maintenance and service work done here; the staff has always been responsive, fair, and performed quality work.

Honda of Cleveland HeightsReviews
Honda of Cleveland Heights review
Was hands down the smoothest process I’ve been through at any dealership and I’ve been to many. I worked with Michael Dorony as my sales consultant. Very nice, friendly, down to earth guy. From the second I walked in he greeted me with a smile. We took a test drive and was very helpful and thorough with showing me everything I needed to know. Got back and started gathering my info, plugging numbers. It’s rare to see anymore but a very honest upfront dealership. Not trying to scam you into a higher payment no manipulation etc. That is Very very hard to find. He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.

Classic Honda - OH review
If you want a dealership that actually listens, go see Robby and Mike Z. at Classic Honda. I was looking for a highly specific 2026 Passport TrailSport Elite (Ash Green with brown interior). Other dealerships gave me the runaround or told me it couldn't be done, trying to push me into inventory they had on hand. Classic did the actual legwork to locate exactly what I wanted. Even the finance department was completely painless (really!). They have earned a customer for life.
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

I had a great experience at Honda of Mentor purchasing a new 2026 Ridgeline. Chuck Cybulski gave me excellent sale support both before AND after purchasing the vehicle. Steve Orosz in finance was also very helpful, allowing me to take extended warranty brochures home to review BEFORE finalizing the deal. Great inventory. Very clean.

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell. Thanks again Todd for a great experience at Don Sitts Deaiership. Tom S.

Jay HondaReviews
Jay Honda review
My wife and I have had some bad experiences with buying cars in the past but our experience at Jay Honda was incredible. Not only did Tony Spitalieri and Rober Logan exceed our expectations but the rest of the Jay Honda team certainly earned our lifetime loyalty. We won’t shop anywhere else. And refer everyone we can to Jay Honda so that they can have the same great car buying experience we had. Keep up the great work.
2024 Honda CR-V review
Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

Great Lakes HondaReviews
Great Lakes Honda review
Shout out to Sarah Peters and Marvin Maffett for their exceptional customer service helping us purchase our replacement vehicle after our 2020 Passport was totaled in a rear end collision. Great Lakes Honda, under the leadership of Marvin Maffett, was able to locate a specific color/trim new 2026 Passport and Sarah Peters worked with us to navigate the waiting and purchase of the car as it moved through the transportation and delivery to the dealership. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the purchase stress-free and we never felt pressured through the entire process. She was able to handle our last minute requests for accessories so the car was ready with everything we wanted at a very fair price. We researched nationally and were able to purchase the exact car we wanted at a price that beat dealerships from FL to Ohio. We would highly recommend Sarah Peters as a sales rep to help you purchase your next vehicle at Great Lakes Honda. A special thanks to Marvin Maffett for going above and beyond to ensure Great Lakes Honda could deliver the car of choice to its customer. 10 out of 10 service across the board from every employee we encountered throughout our buying experience!
2024 Honda CR-V review
My 2024 Honda CR-V is everything I expected and more. It has great pickup, quick stopping ability, U-turn small radius like I've never seen, and good on gas mileage.

Was a great experience! I’ve never bought a car from out of state before however, Spencer was knowledgeable and informative without high pressure. I’ve got a couple thousand miles on it now and everything is fine. All works good it’s exactly the car I wanted.
