Used 2025 Honda CR-V for sale near Montclair, CA

Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. Plus the fact the car we purchased was in pristine condition with low miles it was worth the markup and the drive. I am a satisified!

The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

We've been happy with our previous Honda's and found our new one to be just as well made and nice features. We expect our new CRV to be just as great as our last ones.

This is my FAVORITE Honda Dealership I have ever been too. It was my first and definitely not my last time. My advisor Rachelle was wonderful and honest. The customer wait area was actually clean, they have snacks and coffee. The wait wasn’t really that long and Rachelle kept me up to date with my vehicle. Absolutely wonderful 5 stars!

WOW!! My car feels brand new! They took care of me quick and efficiently. Loved getting the video of my car as they walked around and told me what was going on and then getting text messages. THEN my car got a car wash- cherry on top! Would highly recommend. They do a great job here!

It was a pleasure working with Leo even though we couldn't come up with a deal his professionalism was top notch, and he didn't try to force any add-ons to the price of the vehicle and gave me the exact out the door price. Felt apprehensive before going to this dealership because I read some negative reviews about them on YELP, however, they had the exact car I was looking for so I gave it a go. Soon as we arrived, Chung Li met us with a big smile & immediately got the car we went there for ready for us to test drive. Honestly, I was waiting for him to flip a switch, but he never did, even during negotiations. Despite several hiccups that came up which almost prevented us from getting the car, he kept his upbeat attitude and did everything he could to make sure our purchase went through. Even the finance manager, Sara, stepped up to the plate and tried everything she could to make sure we had the best deal...without any pressure! She even threw in extras without us asking for them. At the very end, we almost couldn?t take the car home because our auto insurance card did not have my son?s name on it which is who we bought the car for. Chung stepped in again and tried to contact the insurance for us and/or figure out a way around the issue. Unfortunately, it was too late in the night to get a hold of anyone. This is when the dealership manager (sorry I forgot his name) stepped in & threw in a 1 month insurance policy covering us and & my son without any extra cost to us!!! Honestly the best auto purchase experience I have ever had or witnessed in all my life & everyone who was with me agreed. Indeed it was a pleasant experience and though everything took almost 3 hours, it didn?t feel that way at all. In addition, the dealership was very clean with a play area for kids and a nice sized customer lounge w a flat screen, coffee & tea maker. This place is gonna be my go to next time I buy a car!
