Was looking for a used affordable car, Robson Pinto went all out of his way to make it happened, He made us feel really comfortable , very patiently while we make a decision. I'm so happy that he made my Husband love his truck. He didnt give up on us. Someone else wouldn't have the patience. Thank you so much Robson, go in and ask for him to help you pick your used, new car. He has my 5+ review, Also Mark Mislak sales manager also helped us, very nice and friendly person.

Grieco Honda review
Visited Grieco Honda, Johnston,RI, on Fri. Mar.28, just to begin looking for a new vehicle. Didn’t plan to drive off the lot that day with a new vehicle, because “just looking “. Then we were introduced to Jacob Hammen. He put me right at ease by asking me what I was looking for in a vehicle, not what he wanted for me. He gave me the time to make a decision, narrowing it down to two cars of interest, which he then allowed us to test drive. Fell in love with a Honda Accord. From there, Jacob went above and beyond to present a deal that we were very comfortable with. While he was putting everything in motion for us, he also took the time to make sure we were comfortable in our wait for all the proper paperwork to be completed….asking if we wanted, or needed, a beverage, or snack. Was so pleased with Jacob’s professionalism and knowledge….would not hesitate to come back and see him, or recommend him. Great job, Jacob!!

I worked with Manny to purchase a used car. He was very friendly, went with me to get it inspected before purchasing, and did not try to add in any extra fees that I did not need. Very honest guy! I would come back to him again to buy a car.

We had a great experience with Kelsey at Imperial. When we left the dealership because it didn’t seem like a deal was possible, she continued to put in the work to try to make something happen. She called the next day with a new idea and it worked out great. We definitely recommend Imperial!

We recently upgraded to a Honda CR V. It is very comfortable and has almost everything we need. The only drawback is that SiriusXM radio is only available through the app on our phone. Otherwise it is very user friendly.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. They made sure the car was in mint condition when they gave it to us. It is running beautiful. I am so glad I went there. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. They were absolutely wonderful. Thank you car max for making are dreams come true.

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

Colonial Honda of Dartmouth review
The process of finding and deciding to buy the vehicle was good. The salesman was great. Working for us through the whole process. Our issue was with the finance woman. Rushed through the whole process with little explanation. After leaving the dealership and going through the paper work line by line we discovered the following. There were math errors (figures off by $2000, she charged us for maintenance plans we said we didn’t want, had the amount we were financing wrong by +$4000!! We went back immediately to get all the mistakes rectified and only got double talk for excuses. I have never had this happen before while purchasing any other car. Buyer beware of the finance process!

I’ve had a consistently positive experience with Imperial Toyota in Milford. Their service team is always accessible, responsive and helpful whenever I have questions about my vehicle. I especially appreciate that they take the time to explain recommended maintenance, what should be addressed now, and what can reasonably wait, rather than just handing over a list of services without context. Would recommend!

My care was at your dealership for about 10 days due to a water issue. The person who handled my concern was Keith Pereira. Mr Pereira handled my concern with respect, professionalism and the utmost concern about my vehicle. He would call me often informing me of the status of the work, prices and other concerns he had. I had a very tough 10 days for personal reasons but Keith was outstanding during that time. He really is an asset to your company

I made an appointment with a very pleasant person named Courtney. We came in and met with Ryan Santos. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend Ryan and Colonial Honda to anyone. It was a great experience. Thank you all.

Ocean Honda of Brockton review
Outstanding Service from Chris Charles-Marc at Ocean Honda of Brockton! We recently purchased our brand new 2025 Honda CR-V Sport from Ocean Honda of Brockton, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Chris Charles-Marc. From start to finish, Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. What stood out most was how much Chris listened to our needs. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and then made it his mission to deliver on every single one of our requests. Chris is humble, personable, and incredibly professional, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Even though the dealership didn’t have the exact color we wanted in stock, Chris quickly found one for us at a nearby location and had it delivered in just a couple of days. It was clear that his top priority was our satisfaction, and he made sure we felt completely taken care of every step of the way. Chris also showed us his own Honda with tinted windows, which we loved. He went the extra mile to connect us with his guy, and within a week, we had a great tint job at an extraordinarily low price. This level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is hard to come by. Additionally, Chris explored financing options for us and worked with his team to see if they could beat the pre-qualified rate we came in with. He was thorough, determined, and always looking for ways to add value to our experience. We are absolutely thrilled with our new CR-V Sport and couldn’t be happier with the level of care and dedication Chris showed us. If you’re looking for a low-pressure, highly attentive, and effective salesperson, we highly recommend Chris Charles-Marc. He’ll make sure your car-buying experience is seamless and enjoyable! Thank you, Chris, for going above and beyond to make our car-buying journey exceptional!

Ocean Honda of Brockton review
I had an amazing experience working with Emily at Ocean Honda—twice! I purchased my last car from her in November 2023 and recently returned to trade it in for a new vehicle. Emily worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted both times. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely great at what she does. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and will definitely continue purchasing my vehicles through her. Paul who is the sales manager was also very helpful and instrumental in the success of getting me in the exact car I wanted. I am grateful to the whole team there. They’re really great people. Highly recommend!
