????? Outstanding Car Buying Experience with Marcus Sigman! We couldn?t be happier with our experience at Honda, thanks to Marcus Sigman! From start to finish, Marcus went above and beyond to make the entire car-buying process enjoyable, seamless, and stress-free. His patience, professionalism, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart. He took the time to show us multiple vehicles, thoroughly answer all our questions, and ensure we felt confident in our decision. Most importantly, he listened to what we wanted and worked with us to find the perfect vehicle in the exact color we were looking for! What impressed us most was that we never felt rushed or pressured. Marcus made us feel like valued customers, not just another sale. 2026 Honda CR-V review
We traded in our 2020 CR-V for a 2026. Drives like a dream. Very tight on turns. It seems roomier than our 2020. Our trade-in value for the 2020 was great.

Zack made our experience smooth and pleasant. He was very thorough in his explaining all aspects of the car and answering any questions. I would return and lease or finance another car from Zack with no reservations. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Kia. If there were 10 stars, I would give him a 10!!!! On the finance end, Eric clearly explained all leasing options and helped us decide which option worked best for us.

I researched and found the low mileage Porsche Macan Turbo in the color and desired options. Only about 6 cars in the Southeast that met the desired specification. Great price- lower than some higher mileage Macan Turbos in the used car market. Fair value on my trade and easy buying experience.

From the minute I was greeted by my salesman Ryan Ferguson to the minute I drove off the lot in my new car I felt as if I was being treated like a member of the family. Ryan was so incredibly understanding with me and never rushed me through anything or made me feel pressured at any point. I knew what I wanted prior to making the appointment and he had my HR-V pulled up right in the sales area and ready for me to check it out in person and make sure it was exactly what I wanted. I?ve only ever had Civics so was a little hesitant to make a change, but the way he explained everything and showed me the similarities between the two models made me feel very comfortable and a lot more confident about switching to the HR-V. I can?t recommend Ryan enough and have to give credit to Pete in financing because he was also extremely patient with me and helped me get a new car while also staying within my budget. I will definitely be coming back here for my next purchase & hope they will both still be working here!

From the moment I pulled into the parking lot here at Hendrick Honda Charlotte and got out of my car and met Marcus Covington the vibe was nothing short of a good feeling. He definitely knew how to sell me the car I was here to see and test drive! He was so Nice and knowledgeable about Honda Accords. I was very impressed he knew everything about every bell and whistles this car had and for this I Thank him for selling me my 2nd Honda Accord to own 🫶🏾. If you ever need a Helluva Salesman Marcus Covington is your guy!
2026 Honda CR-V review
Third Honda; second CR-V. I do of course think some things could be better like the speakers sounding a little better with more bass. The gas mileage isn't as great as my previous 2017 CR-V Touring or my previous 2025 Civic Sport but it was to be expected honestly. Usually you get better mileage as the car goes through the break-in period. I also think the infotainment could be a little better. Not sure if it was because the Civic had tighter steering but it feels loose in the CR-V. Honda plant where mine was built should have gone with a different tire brand because as soon as I can I am changing them; it has Hankook Kinergy GT
