I had a great experience working with Seth Rodgers at Honda! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the vehicles and inventory, and happy to answer my questions while I looked at my options. I never felt pressured, and I really appreciated how helpful and informative he was throughout the process. I was just there to look this time, but I will absolutely be back to purchase a vehicle from Seth! Highly recommend working with him if you’re looking for a great car buying experience!

Mitha was one of the very first service advisors I?ve encountered since recently moving back to Charlotte. Aside from her warm and welcoming energy, she?s a wealth of knowledge and is very professional. I was recently in on 10/9 for routine maintenance so I was troubled when I experienced car trouble following recent business travel. She assured me that the service technicians would quickly identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I must say, its professional service advisors and the kind service technician?s who took the time to not only explain the problem, and the resolution but she didn?t hold back on explaining the formality surrounding the extended warranty. I was able to zoom out, listen and respond accordingly ? ?I trust you!? She called me back as discussed and what I expected to take days or weeks was resolved in less than 72 hours. I want to thank Mitha and her team of professionals who helped me along with several other customers on a daily basis. Working in a customer-facing role I am all too familiar with hearing the bad feedback very little praise if any at all. I am delighted to share my experience and for this reason alone, I shall continue to do business with Hendrix Honda for many years to come!

2026 Honda CR-V review
Third Honda; second CR-V. I do of course think some things could be better like the speakers sounding a little better with more bass. The gas mileage isn't as great as my previous 2017 CR-V Touring or my previous 2025 Civic Sport but it was to be expected honestly. Usually you get better mileage as the car goes through the break-in period. I also think the infotainment could be a little better. Not sure if it was because the Civic had tighter steering but it feels loose in the CR-V. Honda plant where mine was built should have gone with a different tire brand because as soon as I can I am changing them; it has Hankook Kinergy GT

Traded in a 2023 for this brand new 2026, my third CR-V, this one drives like a dream and great on gas. After many white one I chose the metallic dark blue, stunning.

He was extremely supportive, motivating, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the car’s features, technology, and everything I needed to know, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. 2026 Honda CR-V review
My third CRV, and sixth Honda! Very nice ride! I’ve had it for 3 weeks and 800 mile. If it’s anything like my 2015, with 202000 miles, I look forward to the durability! Honda has never disappointed me!

2026 Honda CR-V review
We traded in our 2020 CR-V for a 2026. Drives like a dream. Very tight on turns. It seems roomier than our 2020. Our trade-in value for the 2020 was great.
