Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

CarMax WaukeshaReviews
CarMax Waukesha review
i did my homework prior to our recent purchase of a low mileage used Mercedes. One of my primary information sources was Cars.Com. and the other was Car Max. We visited the Kenosha Car Max and found everyone we had contact with to be professional and informative. We ultimately bought a car from a Mercedes dealer but did sell our trade to Car Max Waukesha. The experience was handled quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend Car Max and their staff.

Great purchasing experience working with both Jim and Spike. 2nd vehicle purchased here and will definitely be back in the future for the next!
2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. And if you're in the market for a used Honda, I highly recommend checking out Bill Kay Honda and asking for Bert Tvrz!

Auto House WaukeshaReviews
Auto House Waukesha review
I looked at close to 400 trucks on line at 4 different sites. Auto House had the most reasonably priced truck in my price range. It was very clean and in much better shape than the others I looked at. The owner and all the staff were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I did have a problem with a service engine light. They fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I will be back when I need another car or truck.
2013 Honda CR-V review
Our vehicle now has 150,000 miles. Its performing great. Pretty good gas mileage and has had minimal service other than routine. It does have a rattle when first starting car. We had that fixed ($800) but now it's back. Dang. The one exterior design problem we face is the latch for the rear hatch. The location is poor. EVERYONE tries to open the hatch just under the window where there is a cut out and has pulled off trim and messed with the back up camera. I've noticed that has been fixed on newer models. It does not seem to do really well in the snow due to the weight distribution. Even with new tires. But its been super dependable and has been our people and dog moving car for 10 years and has really held up well.

Jim O'Connor Select AutoReviews
Jim O'Connor Select Auto review
Jen Zaeske We can not say enough about Jim O’Connor, Mark our sales guy and Jim’s daughter Laura! John and I went to JUST LOOK at two trucks for John as he needed to get a new vechicle, as his truck he bought 7years ago from Jim O’Connor was rusting out and the air quit. We where interested in a truck they were working on getting safety checked. They let us wait until the truck was done and brought back and test drive it! Where John and I fell in love and knew it was the right fit for our family! Jim and his team where remarkable and treated us like we were family! You need a vehicle go in and ask for Mark he will take good care of you! Heck if Jim is there he will make sure you are cared for as well! Hands down this is a five ⭐️ dealership!! Jennifer Henke 1
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

2015 Honda CR-V review
Not an improvement over our 2011 CRV in any respect. The CVT sounds cheap, not an enough legroom, compass continual needs resetting and the stereo is marginal. Had to have a water pump replacement at 82,000 miles. No fun to drive and AWD isn’t the best.

Evan was very knowledgeable and gave great service. I did find Allen wrench in my tire tho!! Luckily I caught it the next day and there was no puncture in my tire. But definitely heard the clicking after leaving but couldn’t check due to the thunderstorm that morning. Other than that, which Evan had nothing to do with experience was great! Thank you!

My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

Laura Buick GMC review
As always the experience at Laura Buick GMC was excellent and we could not be happier with the vehicle we purchased. The entire team starting with our sales person went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with the vehicle we wanted at the best price possible. We have bought multiple vehicles from Laura Buick GMC and will continue to buy from them in the future.

I love the huge interior of this! I have enough room with the seats down for all 3 Great Danes! The mileage is great and driving is very comfy. I had a rav 4, and it was ok, but it was a bit bulky, this is smaller And easier to drive around!

Roomy , great gas mileage. Only problem is loud road noise, sometimes problem connecting phone to radio. Heat and air work really good. Nice interior, window fogs a lot.

I'm beyond happy with my new car from DCH Paramus Honda! The build quality, smooth ride, and attention to detail are truly impressive. It’s comfortable, stylish, and packed with great features that make every drive a pleasure. You can really feel the care and craftsmanship that went into this vehicle — it’s everything I was hoping for and more. A huge thank you to Maria Alcantara and everyone at DCH Paramus Honda for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend both the car and the team there!

There is no better dealership than Rosen Honda! We & our family will only purchase our Hondas from Rosen. From salesman Mario, honest & genuine, to service department (Kyle & staff), & most importantly, owner Jeff Rosen, truly hands on owner, it’s a well oiled operation. They truly seem to care about their customers!
2020 Honda CR-V review
I bought the 2020 CR-V new in July 2020 and as of December 2024, have 39K miles on it. I have taken it to the dealer for regular maintenance. It has been trouble-free and drives very well. If I have one complaint, it's the glitchy infotainment system. I have had to do a factory reset on the infotainment system twice. Otherwise, a wonderful vehicle.

On Friday morning, I had problems with all my lights on the dashboard flashing, I made a call to Honda and my favorite young salesman Prince Jones answer got me in at 1:00 to check it out and gave me good news that it must of been a glitch. I brought my car from Honda in Racine and this is where I get my service from. Thank you Prince and Honda service for all you do to make your customer smile.

2025 Honda CR-V review
The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

Legacy Auto Sales review
My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a comfortable reliable sedan, we narrowed our focus to a MAZDA6. Did a search on car gurus and found a listing for Mazda6 with this dealer. Jay and John were both very nice and helpful. Visits are by appointment only, so we gave Jay a call, set up an appointment to look at the car and hopefully purchase it same day, my wife and I live 2 hrs away from the dealer so I asked some detailed questions about the car over the phone, Jay provided an accurate verbal description of the car so there would be no surprises once we got there. Jay informed me of some minor cosmetic interior/exterior blemishes and that the tires were getting to be well worn. Once we arrived, we met John who had the car ready for us to test drive. John was very friendly and relaxed and also provided helpful information about the car when asked. In person the car matched the description Jay gave over the phone which was reassuring. My wife and I took it for a test drive by ourselves and everything was as we had hoped so we decided to purchase it. 10/10 experience (excluding the 2 hour drive)

Love my 2014 CRV 130K miles and going strong. Very comfortable. The A/C has been a bit buggy. Had to put it into service mode a few times to get it working again. ( that's why 4/5 * on reliability ). Bought this car in 2017 with 36K. Plan is to keep it till 200K.

2014 Honda CR-V review
Bought in 2017 with 35K on it, this is my second CRV and fifth Honda since '95. It now has @ 140K on it and it drives almost like new. I had one major repair, a new drive shaft ($1100) which was the FIRST major repair on ANY of my Hondas since '95. Reliable and then some. Great resale value.

Citi Auto Sales review
I had a great experience with Citi Auto Sales. I purchased a 2003 Honda Accord from them, and the car turned out to be exactly as described. It runs great, has no issues, and I’ve been very happy with it. The seller was honest and straightforward about the condition of the vehicle, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice to buy a used car and get exactly what you were told you were getting. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Citi Auto Sales to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle!

Excellent car. Almost no trouble in 13 years of ownership. Extremely reliable. Easy to maintain. Only complaint is that it is noisier than I would like on the highway.
