I had my crv recently serviced, bought new from Valley Honda last year, had a few issues and they all took care of it, when the initial work did not fix the problem, they gladly took it back, they offered me a loaner and even delivered the car back to my home once it was finished since I live about an hr away, they even inspected the brakes and found something wrong it and fixed that as well! We had a very satisfying experience buying my new Honda Civic LX on Friday May 9. Going in, I knew - 1) exactly what I wanted (model, color) and 2) I knew what I did not want (warranty, maintenance packages etc). I was replacing a 2006 Civic. We were very pleased to work with Holly Abbassi. We told her what I wanted and she listened. I do understand that dealers want to add things, but I didn't want extras. Holly did not push us at all, and the dealer gave us a fair trade in amount. She made sure we were taken care of, helped me get my phone set up, got my new car ready to drive away. I would defiantly recommend Holly Abassi as your next Sales consultant at Napleton Honda of Morton Grove.

The consistency simply hasn’t been there for us elsewhere. Honda On Grand has earned our loyalty because they’ve repeatedly put the customer first. Every three years, I go into the process ready to compare offers, and year after year, Honda On Grand is the only place that comes back with something competitive, fair, and straightforward. I also want to give a big shout-out to Luis Delgado, who has helped us with our last three leases. In all my years of leasing, I haven’t met many salespeople who genuinely try to help you get the best possible deal, without pressure or hassle. I prefer communicating by email, and Luis has always been patient, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. It makes the whole process smoother and much less stressful. If anyone in the area is considering a Honda, I highly recommend giving Honda On Grand—and especially Luis—a try. Our experience with them has been outstanding.
