This place is absolutely amazing. When you walk in you feel like you are greeted by your family and they want to help you in everyway that they can. Steve was the salesman who helped us and he was amazing! He did not stop until we were satisfied and he never pushed us into making a sale. He was calm and knowledgeable and truthful. Steve made us feel right at home and was patient with us the whole time. After going to some other dealerships and testing different cars, my heart always came back to this place and the Buick encore, I just had to come back. After running my credit, it turned out it was not the score I thought it was and that it could have been a problem for me to buy a new car but they did not quit, we kept everyone in that shop until 7 PM and they helped us find a more than generous payment for the car I love. They were patient through all the paperwork and answered every question I had. If you want a car and a great shopping experience, come here right away! These people will bend over backwards for you no matter what and i promise, You will not regret it!

Everyone I interacted with at Superior Honda was truly awesome and made my purchase experience a very pleasant one. Kevin, who was my first contact by phone, was very welcoming and prepped Steve well, on what my needs were. When I got there, Steve approached me as I walked through the door, ready to help me. Zero wait time ! He is very knowledgeable about the specs and features of the car I purchased and was quite patient. Ray also made me feel comfortable and walked me through the business sections of completing the sale. I also received a fair price for my trade in. I am so happy that I bought my Honda from Superior Honda! You should too!
Customer service interactions were wonderful and pleasant, however I put Customer Service at 3 stars (really 2.5 stars) because there were several mix ups of when to bring in my car. I talked with an agent on the phone and it was left open that I could drop off my car the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I took it to the dealership to drop it off Tuesday after I got off work. When I arrived there was no paper work on my car to be serviced on Wednesday. So the agent set up another appointment for me (which was discussed to be on November 30th at 8:00). Once I left the dealership I received and email stating that my service was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00. So I assumed I heard it wrong. Then later that evening I received another email that my appointment was scheduled for 11/23 at 8:00, so I figured that was correct since I got 2 emails on the same day. So I showed up at the dealership on 11/23 at 8:00 only to be told that there was no paperwork for it to be worked on that day. At this point the service agent said for me to just take the loaner car and leave my car there so I did not have to return again and it would probably be Wednesday the 28th or Thursday the 29th that it would be completed. The work was finally completed and I picked up my car on Saturday Dec. 1.
I did notice however that my back tail lights on the passenger side were cracked which I do not recall from before. I do not know where or when this happened but I did notice it after I picked up my car later that afternoon.
But anyway, the customer service interactions were great but there were just some mix ups with the paperwork.
Very friendly advisors that understand and appreciate the service repair process. Explained everything that was needed in great detail and advised urgent needs vs those that can wait. Have gone to them several times for my 2009 Altima and will continue. Looking to buy a vehicle from them too!!
The whole experience at this dealership was great! I was contacted quickly when I inquired about the car I was interested in. Arrived to test drive the vehicle which was waiting for me already warmed up. Sat down with the salesperson, Andreas, to discuss how I wanted to handle this purchase. Andreas got everything set up, so when I came back to pick up my new car, the process was very simple and took less than 1 hour.

Went into the dealership not sure exactly what I was wanting. After a brief conversation with Eric and telling him what I needed, he pulled up a new Accord. I test drove it and loved it! He explained all of the safety features and that sealed the deal. I didn't buy that day, but I went home and checked some pricing and he was the lowest price already. I really enjoyed my experience with Performance Honda Fairfield. Our sales person Devin was amazing! She made the intimidating, stressful experience of car buying comfortable, fun and exciting. Although we arrived at the dealership an hour & 1/2 before closing Devin took her time to show us what we requested, explain the vehicle & options and answer all of our questions. We left there feeling good about the car we purchased & the deal we received. Also, the follow up from Devin & the dealership was really nice. I would highly recommend Performance Honda Fairfield & absolutely ask for Devin. You won???t be disappointed.

I found our new RX350L using cars.com. Nikki contacted me and we worked out a deal. I drove 5.5 hours to the dealership. Upon arrival Nikki had everything ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that the deal was exactly as we discussed and there were no miscellaneous up charges. If there would have been I would have left instantly. I didn’t pass an employee at the dealership without receiving a sincere greeting. There was also a very nice waiting area with refreshments. My purchase experience was simple and quick. Nikki even arranged for my rental car to be picked up. Even this dealership is 5.5 hrs away I will definitely give them an opportunity to make the deal on my next Lexus.
On August 18, 2018 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Andrew Thornberry. At the completion of the purchase he informed me that the parts department was closed so he would send my second key to me through the mail. Three months, several phone calls, four emails and one letter later, l still don't have my second key. This is not a simple process of having a key cut, because my car is push to start, the key has to be programmed, and the key itself is a $150 investment plus the programming cost.
