I want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to my salesperson, Diamond Lockhart, and the sales team from whom I purchased a 2026 Corvette Z06. I am a First Responder with a stringent work schedule that limits my face-to-face interaction. Still, Diamond effectively negotiated a great purchase price over the phone, resulting in a satisfying purchase. There weren't any unwanted or last-minute changes. She has been absolutely professional and courteous through the entire process. She even answered my texts and calls on a few of her days off, and she promptly addressed all my concerns and requests when she returned to work. I was able to make a big-ticket purchase without any reservations or doubts. Amazing job from start to finish. Thanks..

It was about November 11 and my service rep was Mr. Kalon Smith. Actually I am ready to crown him Mr. Hennessy Honda of Woodstock. Safe to say, I felt as though he is looking out for me in spite of the fact that he works for the dealership! He pulled rabbits out of the hat/invoice that amazed this senior citizen. As usual, the work that I needed was done by expert! I sincerely want to thank him and the next time I schedule a service, I am going to be certain that he is at work on that day. I am [for] serious! Thank you, dealership!

My family and I are repeat customers of this particular dealership. We always get excellent customer service from our salesperson Donald Law. The sales mangers and finance personnel also makes the purchase process easy. Although we do not live in Georgia we always prefer to make purchases here because of the team members at this dealership.
2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

The internet advisor was great. If you are an out of town buyer. This is what you like in a salesman. All my questions were answered and responded to in a timely fashion. Gave me a video walk around of the car interested in. Very honest and upfront.

Beaver Mazda review
Cody Little & Dylan Nesbit are the reason I love scheduling a service appointment - when have you ever heard that about going to a dealership lol! They make you feel like family & go above & beyond to do everything in their power to take care of you - Cody literally working on my trim piece himself & fixed my clip that popped out of place, he could've chosen to charge me for that & my drive belt tensioner, but did it HIMSELF! They deserve a raise for so many reasons from being outstanding people to their process - kept me informed the whole way & spoke to me plainly in terms I can understand. If you're looking for transparency, a smile, or to alleviate your stress searching for a dealership you can look forward to trusting, Beaver Mazda is the way to go - great job!!! BEAUTIFUL dealership, as well - so accommodating & SO many options for new or pre-owned cars, Zoom Zoom:)

2024 Honda Odyssey review
Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Stars for Nick Swafford From the moment we walked into the dealership, my wife and I got a great vibe from Nick right away. He was welcoming, genuine, and incredibly easy to talk to, none of that usual sales pressure or games you expect from a car lot. A few days later, when we popped back in without an appointment, Nick surprised us with perfect timing. A trade-in offer came in just in the nick of time for the exact vehicle we had our eyes on, and he made it a priority to make sure we got it. Even though he was clearly juggling four different customers at once, he somehow managed to give everyone the attention they needed without making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. That alone speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication. Nick was straightforward and honest—no tactics, no runaround, no gimmicks. Just a smooth, transparent experience from start to finish, and that’s exactly what made working with him such a relief. Also, a huge shout-out to Greg in finance. He made the signing process smooth, informative, and stress-free. Greg took the time to explain everything clearly without pushing unnecessary add-ons, and we genuinely appreciated how professional and patient he was throughout the entire transaction. If you’re in the market for a Honda, ask for Nick Swafford and make sure Greg handles your paperwork. You’ll be glad you did. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased my 4th Honda Odyssey this past July 2024. My sales advisor Ryan Walcott was amazing, he made the experience easy and satisfying. We went in with a price we wanted to pay, and he was able to match the price within a few hundred dollars. He also went over and above to satisfy my desire to have interior floor mats at no extra cost. We have always been satisfied customers at Honda CARLAND within the sales department and service department. This is the reason we only buy Honda Vehicles. Thank you Mr & Mrs. Flanagan

Honda Mall of GeorgiaReviews
Honda Mall of Georgia review
The battery finally crapped out and turned out the alternator was the cause. Despite them having a full schedule, they managed to work me in without notice. The part had to be ordered and my car will not be ready until tomorrow. They were unable to provide me with a loaner car or rental as they had none left. But that did not stop them from making sure me and my family were taken care of. I had to pick my bonus daughter up from daycare in Sugar Hill and I live here in Flowery Branch. They had their shuttle service take me all the way to the daycare-scoop up my little one and then drive us both all the way home in FB. Because of their above and beyond customer service I never felt stranded-even though I could have very much been totally SOL. They could have left my travel arrangements up to me and picking up a child from daycare in another area could have been a “me” problem that they could have left me to deal with myself. But no, they made sure me and my family was taken care of. I know dealerships charge more and maybe get some extra profit in comparison. But without a doubt, I have experienced ‘out of this world’ customer service with that particular dealership If you have a Honda, I would absolutely recommend them. All that said… I have also been to the Milton Martin Honda in Gainesville and had a polar opposite experience. Not gonna trash talk them. But just WOW and kudos to Mall of Ga Honda!! 💜 — at Honda Mall of Georgia. Jim Clizbe has been so helpful! Providing patience and exceptional customer service! Definitely a dealership I trust with my Honda Odyssey maintenance.
