Grace Auto GroupReviews
Grace Auto Group review
Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C

Faulkner Toyota TrevoseReviews
Faulkner Toyota Trevose review
Five Stars – Exceptional Experience with Richie Lyons and Anthony Rocchi. I recently purchased my new 2026 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium from Faulkner Toyota, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, Richie Lyons did a terrific job helping me navigate the entire purchase. His professionalism and trustworthiness were exceptional. He was completely honest, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, ensuring all of my questions were answered without any high-pressure sales tactics. When it came time for the paperwork, Anthony Rocchi in the finance department was equally amazing. He was exceptionally helpful and completely transparent throughout the financing of the truck. Anthony took the time to explain everything clearly, making a part of the car-buying process that is usually stressful feel straightforward and smooth. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Faulkner Toyota and asking for Richie and Anthony. They truly go above and beyond to deliver a top-notch car-buying experience! Give Richie a call: 215-929-1754 you will love the whole experience.

Davis HondaReviews
Davis Honda review
I have been doing business with Davis Honda (previously Willis Honda) for almost 16 years. I have always gotten wonderful service and can’t say enough about the professionalism of this dealership. Recently I learned that my 2024 Honda CRV EX which only had 22,000 miles, had (4) dry rotted tires. This was very concerning to me and very unsafe. I brought my concern to Service Advisor, Jessica T (who is wonderful and very friendly) who in turn introduced me directly to Service Manager, Joe L. Joe made a call to his superior who was not willing to make any type of correction to my tires. I spoke with Joe and he decided, if I agreed, that Davis could pay for two Michelin tires, alignment, mount and balance and we would only be responsible for two additional tires. We went with this options as we did not want the Bridgestone tires that Honda places on their CRV’s. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with Davis Honda. I have had dealing with Service Advisors, Jessica T, Sean, Matt and now Joe L. This is a dealership who will stand by their products and offer exceptional customer service to all.

AutoLenders VoorheesReviews
AutoLenders Voorhees review
I had an outstanding experience at Auto Lenders in Voorhees, all thanks to Tanner! From the very first week, Tanner was incredibly helpful and attentive over the phone. He truly listened to what mattered to me whether it was certain features or preferences and made thoughtful recommendations based on my needs. He made picking the perfect car easy and was an advocate for me throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for a smooth car buying experience, go see Tanner he’s phenomenal! I also want to give a huge thank you to the entire Auto Lenders team! A special shout-out to the finance team member (I regret not catching her exact title) who handled my paperwork and even went the extra mile by helping install my car seat. The support from everyone made the process seamless, and I’m truly grateful!

KIA on the BoulevardReviews
KIA on the Boulevard review
From the very beginning the communication was great! Even tho I did not get the chance to make the purchase on the vehicle (missed by a few minutes of someone else purchasing it). Michael was very helpful and upfront with the information he gave to me. Something so simple as giving the complete OTD price he gave on the first time asking and his response time was great with all other information. Even without me purchasing I would def come back with the hopes of actually getting the purchase on the next go around with him (I would have to be a second faster to complete th deal, lol).

We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!

2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

The service rep was professional, friendly, and honest when it came to possible extra repairs. They were in yellow risk not red. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Aaron, our salesman and Kim the online consultant were great. Jeff was a bit indifferent and unwilling to barter too much. Otherwise, I was happy with the overall experience.

Faulkner INFINITI of Willow GroveReviews
Faulkner INFINITI of Willow Grove review
5 ??Experience from start to finish. I wasn?t even sure if I wanted to trade my 2017 QX 50 in. It was the BEST car I ever owned. But the decision was based on newer safety features. Our Salesman Zach thoroughly pointed out all the best features and continued to promptly answer more questions I had day or night until it was clear to me this was a good decision. A few more questions about Finance were answered by Chris in Finance and then we quickly were on our way after a smooth and easy purchase with another Zach in Finance who did our paperwork. This could not have been easier. They all made us feel like family was helping us through this. And we are enjoying a Newer Version of our Best loved infinite QX50 once again. Thanks to the A Team at Faulkner Willow Grove. ?

Conicelli AutoplexReviews
Conicelli Autoplex review
I recently purchased a new car from Conicelli Autoplex and had an outstanding experience thanks to Cameron Berga. From the moment I walked in, Cameron was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me—not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. There was never any pressure, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Cameron truly went above and beyond, and it’s clear he cares about his customers. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a great car-buying experience.
