This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

I had a great experience dealing with Rick in sales, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back to Ford of Lake Geneva in the future. The financing and extended warranty options available were clearly explained, and I haven't often experienced that at other dealerships.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Worked with Tim Bies and Heather from the finance dept. I purchased my leased vehicle and they were extremely helpful thru the whole process. I do recommend this dealership.

We looked at all van brands before picking the Odyssey. We also test drove the Toyota and Kia vans. The main feature that sold us was the second row seating. With the middle section out the two outside captains seats can slide from side to side as well as forward and rearward. They are called Magic Seats and are great. We slide our grandkids to the middle in case of a side impact. We have had some recalls, but none of them caused use any problems before they were repaired. We would buy this van again now. We have had it since new and now 40 months and 36,500+ miles we are happy.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

We have bought three minivans from Miller Motors in Burlington, Wisconsin. We had decided we would purchase another minivan. We have a large family and sometimes we need to have extra passengers plus extra space to haul anything from Many Christmas gifts to a small overnight bag. We have a large family and sometimes we have a few grandchildren or even a couple of friends riding with us. We were so fortunate to get Michael Asencio as our salesperson. Mike listened to everything we said and we needed in a vehicle and found us the perfect match. Mike thought we might be interested in a car and we looked at one, but there just wasn’t enough legroom and the space to be comfortable and meet all of our needs. Mike Asencio had listened to what we were saying and what our needs were in a vehicle. We needed a vehicle Mike said he thought a small truck could be just what we needed. My husband and I didn’t think we wanted a truck but we had nothing to lose so Michael showed us a Ford Maverick. This vehicle was so easy to get in and out of, had so much legroom in the front passenger and driver side, enough passenger space in the back seat plus storage under the seats. At first, I wasn’t really excited about the colors of the interior. Exterior of truck is charcoal with brown interior. Mike kept giving us the positive reasons we liked this truck. We decided to go home and sleep on it and that's just what we did. The next day we returned and Michael Asencio went over every detail of this truck and when I saw the interior it must have grown on me because I loved it! This truck is a hybrid and that was the selling point for my husband. So we decided to buy the Ford Maverick. Chris Miller, owner talked with us and made sure we were happy. I can’t say enough good things about Our salesperson, Michael Asencio, Chris Miller and even the finance people went out of their way to make sure we had a good experience at Miller Motors. We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

They were fair, easy to work with, friendly and helpful. They were willing to negotiate on the price too. Will definitely recommend them to others!

This car has met my family needs for 8 years. The next owner will be happy to purchase the car. It is a very good for family with kids.

I recently went in for an oil. Changed. Taylor was my service agent. She has been wonderful in the past and she did not disappoint. Today. She noticed that the rear wiper was missing from the car, something which I had neglected to mention. It had come off during a visit to a car wash. She was able to get a replacement and at a very good price as well. Taylor is my go-to person whenever I need any servicing at Wilde!!

We love our minivan. Just make sure you get a mechanic to check it out before you but it and negotiate the price. 2 more words

This was my first experience at a dealership, but I did extensive research beforehand, and had an idea of what to expect. My sales consultant, Lukas Hale, was down-to-earth and personable - and I sincerely enjoyed working with him. In terms of finance, they did honor my OTD price, but sales were a bit high pressure and I would like more time to review the fine print before signing.

Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

As long as I provided bank statements, ID, and proof of address they were able to put me in a beautiful 2019 Buick Encore!

The only thing that I would say I do not love are some of the mitigation features that at times take away the control of the drive. We had one experience where it was a potential hazard. Apart from that we love the vehicle and the dealership that sold it to us.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

This van is perfect for our family! It rides like a luxurious vehicle and has all the space!! Can’t wait to take it on a vacation.

We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans.The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

Have been in for service a few times. Service is always smooth and consistent. I love the free car wash and easy scheduling. I have made fox lake Toyota my go too.

it was nice joyable but 2008 is better and it has a spear tire and was very nice i rate it 8/10 that better then nothing.
