Anthony, Carl and Joe were so caring, making sure my daughters car is fixed and safe for her to drive. The care and concern for my daughter safety was of the utmost importance to me….. but was even so important to the guys that helped us. They cared about my daughter as if she was one of their own daughters!!! So sweet and kindhearted. I am so grateful to have had such an amazing group of guys to help us. Unfortunately, as a woman- I am constantly ripped off on car repairs and it’s so frustrating…. I know in my heart that Liberty Honda cares and would never rip me off or take advantage of our unfortunate situation, needing car repair. My wife and I recently purchased a used car for our son from Liberty Honda. After we bought the car, we discovered that the radio and Bluetooth did not work. We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. Amazing customer service and most importantly, they showed integrity and stood behind the car that they sold us.
2026 Honda Passport review
Recently purchased a Honda Passport Trailsport Elite. Love the extra additions at this level. Seats are very comfortable and the heat is great even on your back. Love the 6 cylinder only wish gas tank was larger. Even with the all terrain tires it offers a smooth quiet ride. Sound system is very clear. Interior look is somewhat upscale compared to several other SUV’s I looked at. Interiors size is great. Very spacious with lots of leg room both front and back. Enjoy only having two row seats with the back one being a bench seat. Would definitely purchase again.

2026 Honda Passport review
Recently purchased a Honda Passport Trailsport Elite. Love the extra additions at this level. Seats are very comfortable and the heat is great even on your back. Love the 6 cylinder only wish gas tank was larger. Even with the all terrain tires it offers a smooth quiet ride. Sound system is very clear. Interior look is somewhat upscale compared to several other SUV’s I looked at. Interiors size is great. Very spacious with lots of leg room both front and back. Enjoy only having two row seats with the back one being a bench seat. Would definitely purchase again.

2026 Honda Passport review
I've had the vehicle for 2 weeks. I like it but it's ridiculous the AC is not cold enough because it automatically keeps switching to "woke" mode. Meaning, Economy Drive mode. No way to switch it. Honda needs to fix this. The AC sucks in the 2026 Passport top model

2026 Honda Passport review
I’ve had a 26 Passport Trailsport Elite for about 4 months and racked up about 10,000 miles on it. So far I’ve taken it off road, towed 1,000s of miles at max payload capacity, and just lived with it daily. This is a good all arounder for the adventure seeker. The performance I feel could be better but it’s no slouch and what it doesn’t have in acceleration it makes up for in room. If you’re looking for a practical daily that can keep up with your weekend adventures, the passport should be on your radar

I am 77 years old and a Vietnam Era Veteran, I had a 2002 Ford F-150 pickup truck that I used in my business until I retired and still drove it after that until it got to a point where it just wasn't feasible to repair it anymore so I scrapped it, since I am retired I don't really drive that much anymore and I used Lyft services and my wife's car to occasionally get here and there. But my wife works part time and needs the car about 4 days a week. Then I decided I wanted to get myself another vehicle, not necessarily a new one but a recent late model, but then the ordeal of deciding what I wanted to get started. Did I want a small car a big car a truck, and SUV and if an SUV which one? Since I am a veteran I use the VA Health Care Center in Providence and I am provided Lyft services to and from the hospital for checkups and what have you. During my car search time I happened to have an appointment at the VA and when I called Lyft services to schedule a ride they sent over a beautiful Honda Pilot which I rode in and was very impressed with, and as luck would have it, when I was through with my appointment and called for another ride, Lyft sent ANOTHER Honda Pilot to take me home and I was very impressed with that vehicle as well. I searched for Honda Pilot vehicles online and came across a beautiful looking 2020 EX model, it was burgundy, loaded with a lot of features, had very low mileage, and was very reasonably priced. It was for sale at Grieco Honda on Hartford avenue in Johnston. As a lot of people , are I was a little hesitant about going into a car dealership having heard stories about various bad experiences some people have had with some. When I went into Grieco Honda I was introduced to a young man named Chris Matarese who was a very pleasant individual. He brought the vehicle around for us to go for a test drive, was extremely polite, very intelligent and exceptionally knowledgeable about the vehicle, answering all of my questions in an instant. After a brief time of asking my "20 questions" about the vehicle and financing I decided to buy the 2020 Honda Pilot. Since the vehicle had just been taken in trade it had not been inspected by the service department as yet, and Chris had the vehicle taken in immediately to have it inspected, the service manager noted that the driver side sun visor was not functioning properly and hung a little bit low having apparently been sprung over time, and it was decided that Grieco would put a new visor in for me which I thought was a very nice gesture.
