McGrath Honda of St. Charles review
We had a great experience working with Francisco! He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He helped us find the right vehicle and knew the Ridgeline inside and out, explaining all the features and little details we needed to know. He made the whole process easy and stayed with us from the moment we started looking until the deal was completely finished. Really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend Francisco to anyone looking for a Honda.

Muller's Woodfield AcuraReviews
Muller's Woodfield Acura review
My Car buying experience with Mueller’s started from interest I had in a car they were showing online. It only got better when John M reached out to me and started helping me understand more about the car I was interested in. After working with him a short while I knew this was the right place to buy my car. I highly recommend working with them if you are truly interested in purchasing an Acura and having a great overall experience. I can’t speak highly enough about the way John M helped me throughout the whole process and how happy I am with my overall dealer experience. Thanks again Muellers and especially John. keep up the great job!

Nelson Automotive review
I highly recommend them! I called to check if the vehicle was available, and they had it washed and ready for a test drive right on time. No pressure, no games. The car even came with a free warranty. I loved the service. Thank you, Nelson Automotive, and thank you, Nish and Eddie!
2016 Honda Pilot review
Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

Elgin VolkswagenReviews
Elgin Volkswagen review
Erv, I hope you get this, because you are an absolute ROCK STAR!!! For those of us who are not in the industry, the car dealership is not the place that many want to be. But then there are places like Elgin Volkswagen. I have never been to a place that I trust more with my Tiguan than this dealership. Unfortunately, I had one that had issues ranging from the steering wheel to the PCV Valve to the Cylinder head all before the 50,000 mile warranty expired. EVERY SINGLE TIME Erv treated me with incredibly customer service and kindness, getting me back on the road in record time. For the PCV valve, I had the check engine light come on driving home from work on I90, and I was able to make an appointment to bring it in. Now, to be completely honest, I was scared. "What if it isn't broken when I bring it in?" "What if I waste my time?" I left the engine running when I pulled it into the service drive just so I didn't risk the light turning off, but I didn't have to! Erv took the car back and came out shortly later and told me that they replaced the PCV valve. Crisis averted! Phew! Then I had an issue with the steering wheel capacitive touch sensor. Again, I brought it into Erv. He drove the car back, and came out shortly after to tell me, "Good news, we had a steering wheel in stock, so we put it on". At this point, I was more than floored!! Thirdly, and most importantly, my Cylinder Head had to get replaced shortly before the warranty expired. The part was on Back-Order, and Erv really out-did himself with this one!! He took my Tiguan, put me in a loaner for three days, and then texted me when mine was ready. Not to mention the fact that he texted me ON A SUNDAY EVENING that my cylinder head was in and ready to be installed. You better believe I dropped my car off the next day!! The bottom line is, ERV YOU DESERVE A RAISE MY GUY!!! THANK YOU FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO!!!!

My first impression of this dealership was WOW! They had a Rolls-Royce parked which was crazy cool to see, as soon as they noticed us they went over to help us and to make the story short they gave us a great deal and I got out of there with my 2008 black corvette and I love it! They have a great variety of vehicles to choose from! You won't be disappointed!

If you’re not looking to be served champagne and want a simplified buying experience this is the place to go! The no haggle pricing takes some of the anxiety out of the car buying experience, and if you cross check the vehicle on cars.com it will directly tell you if you’re getting a good deal or great deal or fair deal. We purchased a Porsche Cayenne from them and Dan and Brian were awesome! Thank you!!
2016 Honda Pilot review
I love our 2016 Pilot EXL AWD. We bought it as a one year old CPO coming off a lease. It has had its share of the first year model blues. Not as reliable as I want it to be, but once the bugs were fixed, it’s been pretty smooth sailing. I love how it’s always ready for any adventure. The extra room is always welcome as we drive up and down the East cost between FL and NJ. We get to bring everything we needed and never worried about the weather. The AWD is great not just in the snow, but in any weather. Best AWD I’ve driven in the snow. The VTM4 AWD works so well, you’d think you’re driving a full time 4WD vehicle in the snow. It also helps in the rain as well. Accelerating with this much weight and a powerful engine requires a lot of traction. Coming out out of a corner in an incline, most front drive vehicles would spin their tires before the stability control stops the spin to regain control. The VTM4 senses the incline and automatically applies power to the rear wheels adding significant traction. Never spun the wheels of our pilot in the rain. Our FWD Passport, on the other hand, looses tracking during acceleration in the rain specially if it’s on an incline. One regret for buying that AWD SUV. We thought we won’t miss the AWD in the south. Now the 2016 Pilot certainly had so many bugs that would deter a lot of people from buying it used. We had the CPO warranty. And on top of that, we bought an extended warranty just because. Turned out to be a good idea. Most the the quirks happened during the warranty periods. From an expensive evap failure to transmission problems to sunroof issues to battery replacement. We had the famous transmission judder that required multiple visits until they finally had a permanent fix. Multiple fluid flushes and a software reprogramming took care of it. The sunroof didn’t want to close at times. Weird considering we don’t even use it often. Warranty covered everything. After the warranty expired, I learned that resetting the sunroof was an easy task. There were a few problems that I couldn’t remember or not technical enough to understand, but they were all fixed under warranty. Now driving it without warranty. So far it’s been good. Just keep up with the maintenance schedule and it should be fine. Replaced the OEM tires with Michelins CrossCimate2. It feels like it can go anywhere. Wet driving was further enhanced. The OEM tires had good traction, but wore out too quickly. Silly me bought a second set before going to Michelins. Overall, it’s a really nice SUV that’s fun to drive. It has plenty of power to haul 7 people easily or 3 people, one small dog, and everything needed for long distance traveling. It has an awesome AWD system that can get you anywhere. It helped us navigate around flooded areas on our way back home after Hurricane Irma. Where smaller vehicles couldn’t pass, we went through. The things we went through would have stranded a less capable SUV. Only thing missing really is CarPlay. We missed it my a year. Oh well.

Bought a nicely used Honda Pilot SUV at Honda of Reseda, Reseda, CA, make sure you speak to Amir-sales and/or Tony-mgr. Great set of nice professional folks. You can tell everyone likes working there. They will give you the best price, too.

We were happy for a good price on our 2014 Prius C V. It is is nice condition and when I took it to a Toyota dealer for a thorough inspection, it only needed about $150 extra dollars of work. It's a clean car and roomy enough for extra gear as my son is taking it to his first job on the east coast. Gas mileage was an amazing 50 mpg on our drive home. So far, so good!
