I live in Northern Maryland. I bought this vehicle at Bob Bell Ford/Hyundai which is quite some distance away. The Used Car Sales Manager, Ron, went above and above to help me with this purchase. All people involved went above and beyond to make this happen. Excellent service and excellent care. Our salesman Mikey, and our finance guy Rob. All awesome repot Bob Bell. Bird Bell should recognize these employees. Thank You Everyone involved.

Overall very nice Honda Pilot. Pros: blue color, gas mileage, reliability, resale value, cabin space, video player. Cons: too many buttons on steering wheel, 2017 there is push button for changing gears, 3rd row leg room.

I was in the market for a newer car but honestly dreaded the whole process. Alex Roman was responsive but low pressure. After deciding on the vehicle on Monday, it got delivered to my door on Thursday. The whole process was so easy. From applying for financing to the final paperwork, it could not have been easier. Big thanks to everyone that worked with me and to Alex for being my point person every step of the way.

AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North PhoenixReviews
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram North Phoenix review
I started looking at the new jeep Cherokee hybrid a few months ago and had stopped and talked to Remil and test drove one. My wife and I were not in any hurry to purchase as our existing Cherokee was fine. But Remil would always would send me a reminder email on purchasing. Finally we decided to take the time and look. The dealership gave us a good trade in on our existing Cherokee. After the purchase we discovered that the Cherokee limited did not have some of the same safety features as our existing, mainly front parking sensors. In the end we ended up with the next level Overland which had all of the safety features. Fernando worked with us on the sale as well as Remil. They both worked to get us a vehicle with the right options. The Cherokee is my wife's daily driver and she is very happy with it. Thank you. Bob Wendt

Larry H. Miller Honda BoiseReviews
Larry H. Miller Honda Boise review
I brought my 2017 Honda CR-V to Larry H Miller for an oil change, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve owned this car for seven years with no major issues, and I recently passed it down to my high-school-aged daughter, so safety and proper care are very important to me. Zackary D was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. While waiting, my phone battery was dead and I almost missed an important business call—he went out of his way to find me a charging cable so I could keep working comfortably. What truly surprised me was the headlight issue. My headlights had become very cloudy over time, and another shop had quoted me over $2,000 to replace them. Bella from the service department took the time to professionally clean the headlight covers with what seemed like a special solution, and they became completely clear again—no replacement needed at all. I was genuinely impressed by the teamwork between Zackary and Bella. Thanks to them, I saved a significant amount of money and now feel confident that my daughter can drive the car safely. This was real, thoughtful customer service, not just routine service. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
