Group 1 Toyota Rock Hill review
I had service done oil change, transmission service /flush and tire rotation. All appears to be good, the service customer rep was good (Jayson L.) However when I got home a realized the was wet oil inside the vehicle on the window area where door meets window at the bottom. Looking further I found oil on window trim, door handles, the hood, and the side of vehicle. This is my only negative on this service. I had to wash the interior and exterior when I got home. ( the oil is still visible on the window seal as the oils went into the rubber. I know the the technicians are working hard to meet time and volume requests of service, but more care around awareness to potential transfer of fluids to the vehicle interior and exterior needs to be an part of the quality work and services rendered. This is not the first occurrence, but by far the worst oil transfer to the vehicle.

2024 Honda Pilot review
Overall, the Pilot is a great vehicle. However, it gets less MPG than my 2020 Ridgeline RTL-E. Also, going uphill, the Pilot sometimes downshifts a little hard. This is a common occurrence among Pilots. I only have about 3500 miles on it. The interior controls are varied, but they are harder to manipulate than my Ridgeline. However, the vehicle seems to operate and drive comfortably. I do have a Touring and not an Elite. The difference in price was not necessary as my wife and I do not use ventilated sears. Would have liked the HUD though. For what I paid for the Touring, it was worth it.

2024 Honda Pilot review
After almost 180,000 trouble-free miles with our 2015 Pilot and an excellent Honda dealer near by, we really didn’t look hard at anything but another Pilot when it was time for a new car. Our EXL, purchased in March 2024, just turned 20,000 miles. We have had no issues with it, and the trip computer says we have averaged 27.1 mpg over the last 5500 miles. That is about 4.5 mpg better than the 2015. The good: It is extremely roomy and comfortable, even the third-row seats. We are very pleased with the fuel economy for a vehicle of this size. The headlights are the best we’ve had on any vehicle. I really like the rugged looks, especially compared the the previous generation. It’s great on snowy and slippery surfaces. The not-as-good: This is my first vehicle with all the modern safety aids. I find the lane-departure system annoying, especially in construction zones.
