Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

We had a great experience overall, especially with Tom. He was helpful from start to finish and we really appreciated how quickly he was able to get us into the car we wanted. The only area for improvement is the final business/finance step. The discussion of additional products felt more pressured than I expected, and I’d prefer those options be introduced earlier so the pickup feels more celebratory.

Coleman and Kyle at Honda Hendrick were both amazing they really worked with us to get us the vehicle we wanted at the rate we were aiming for, I’m so very appreciative and would recommend them both to anyone looking for a new car.

3rd Pilot owned in last 15 years. Each with more advanced features. Always reliable if you do all the required maint. Always a good trade value too, even with 100K + miles ! Combination of practical space, reliability, fuel economy , and performance can't be beat......Love my Honda !!

The Pilot car is a reliable spacious family suv. Only annoyance is the lane assist appears to be too sensitive especially when driving windy 2 lane roads. Suggest change factory tires for snow driving as opposed to CR-V that held better on standard tires. Only minor complaints vehicle is a good pick.

Car shopping was a complete nightmare for me. It seemed like every dealer was taking advantage of charging thousands over the MSRP. No one wanted to talk to me and if I did get anywhere, there was no follow up, no customer service. It's quite obvious this is a seller's market and no one cares about the consumer. It's all about the dollar signs. I felt enormous pressure to provide a deposit in order to secure a car before I even met with anyone in person, most of the dealerships being pretty far away. I made an appointment to meet with a salesman at Curry, being pretty local to me, thinking it would just be another disappointment. I was wrong when I was introduced to Steve Tapia. Steve was kind, patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I test drove a CR-V, already knowing that's what my heart was set on. Steve let me know he had the exact car I was looking for, in the color I wanted, on the way, and provided clear and fair pricing. I went in on a Thursday and by the following Wednesday I drove off the lot in my new car. He made it so ridiculously easy and efficient. Steve is a gem and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the Curry Honda dealership.

I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. A few other visits to nearby dealerships and test driving other cars, I returned to Hillside Honda to purchase my car. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved. He even took the time to set up my Car Play so that I could drive with my favorite tunes. I’m so happy with my purchase and would recommend seeing Ahnaf at Hillside Honda.

I drive a Honda Pilot Special Edition- It is by far the BEST car I have ever owned. I have no kids but really wanted an SUV. I drove two civics on lease before and went to look at a CRV. The pilot was around the same price to lease as a CRV and boy am I glad I chose this over that! I keep my third row down and the trunk space is incredible. This is a good car to have in your 20’s despite what people have this car for. My lab and yorkie have plenty of space and i absolutely feel like I am driving a sedan still with how smooth and tight and sporty it drives. I still whip like I did in my car!!!! I cant wait for the next generation to come out, I will probably stick with pilots for a while

I was here from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said “let me see what I can do”. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. Thank you to North Shore Honda in Glen Head (my hometown), Renaldo for his kindness and especially to Joe for stopping me from leaving and going above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much!! I've owned my 2021 Special Edition AWD for a year now. Put 14,000 trouble free miles on it. No problems at all. Just 2 maintenance services. The second service required a differential fluid change along with the normal maintenance. Kind of surprised it needed such an extensive service so soon but I hear the cross vectoring AWD needs frequent fluid changes. Cost $500.00. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
