I purchased a 2023 Hilda Pilot from the Honda dealership on South Boulevard in Charlotte. I was treated like family from the moment that I arrived up until the moment that I drove off in my new vehicle. The service that I received from the sales associate, Christopher (Chris) Robinson specifically was absolutely amazing. Chris exceeded all of my expectations even though I was apprehensive about buying a brand new vehicle at the time. Chris put my mind at ease because he knew every detail about the car and he weighed out all of my options in a simplified manner. I will be sending all of my family and friends to Honda for their next auto purchase because Christopher Robinson knows how to take customer service to the next level while making you feel like you have a dear and trustworthy friend for life.

This is the first Honda I have ever owned and will likely be the last as I expect it to out live me lol. We travel back and too from North Georgia to SW Florida and the car is so comfortable that I make the drive in one day. We get good gas mileage and the Pilot is a nice looking car with plenty of power.

We were in the market for a commuter/vacation car and narrowed it down to a 20 Honda Civic Sport and 20 Toyo Corolla SE. We shopped central Florida and Atlanta extensively and decided on the 20 Civic Sport. We went with Honda of the Avenues for several reasons first being the deal no one could touch and Thomas Phelps was our voice as he fought to get us to that deal and lock down the deal. We also appreciated him having all paperwork ready as we are from N Fl and arrived late but everything went smoothly from start to finish including him taking the time to go over the features on the car. We also appreciated Clay Fenwick in Finance making the signing process enjoyable and efficient. We highly recommend Thomas to be your voice as he will do all he can to close your deal and we will be referring family/friends to him for any of their automotive needs!!!

Waited to give an honest review. 4 years later, I know have 109,000 miles on my 2020 Pilot Tour. The bad: It developed the known crackle sound coming from the speakers. This was fixed under warranty twice. The second time not coming back and has been fine. The looks are "meh". My wife's Nissan of similar trim level has a far nicer interior and much fancier seats. On curves the "warning" light flashes on my dash and the steering wheel shakes sometimes if a car is coming from the other direction. It's annoying, but I hear a problem for many manufacturers with these safety features, not just Honda. The Good: I consider my Pilot practical. It does everything well, just not flashy. My previous car was a 2012 Honda Pilot that I put 190,000 trouble free miles on. This Pilot with an updated transmission feels MUCH quicker. It is much easier to drive. It handles well, averages around 24 mpg on my commute (non expressway), and has been trouble free outside of the speaker issue. It hauls the family well, with lots of room, especially if the 3rd row is not used. I put on the dealer installed trans cooler and trailer hitch to tow a couple of waverunners, which it hauls easily. If you can get past the "ok" styling, it is a car that does everything well and my reliability has been very, very good so far.

Great car. Love Honda. Interior is fantastic. Touring comes with a lot of useable features. Exteriors looks sharp, not a box. Pick a good dealer for service.

After long time researching to replace my 2001 Toyota Highlander, I came to decide on the 2019 Honda Pilot. The Car has a very good feel inside and it's very good looking outside IMO. Seats are very comfortable and AC works great (I live in South Florida). The car has 80,000 miles on it, and I already had to replace the Transmission fluid at 50k and I am due to replace it again on the next oil change. (I never EVER changed my transmission fluid on my 2001 - 289k miles Toyota Highlander). The radio issues did happen to us the first year but in the dealer they did a "system upgrade" and that solved the issue. We have driven the Pilot several times to NC, SC, TN, AL and other estates and so far it has been great. I was not expecting to have to replace transmission fluid so often but when replace the transmission works well.

Great quiet comfortable road car. I commute between cities about 500 miles, and appreciate the performance, seat comfort, handling, quiet cabin, and decent mileage (about 32 at 70mph, about 29 at 80mph). Only hitch is the cabin controls being a reach from the drivers seat, and having to look over. Mine has a CD player which is great for books and music on the long drives.

I had bought a new car and it needed the first service. I called Olsteen volkswagen to make an appointment. I talked to the service manager, not sure if they could get it done within the week. They had me bring it in the very next morning. When I arrived to the dealership I was greeted professionally and with kindness. I walked in and spoke with Anthony the service manager. He was very professional and kind as well. I didn't wait long at all when Anthony greeted me in the waiting room. I walked out and seen my car ready to go. Serviced and cleaned. No complaints overall on performance and durability. Only drawbacks is road noise. If you like to avoid road noise, this car is not for you. noise is too much than expected. i even went to Honda dealer to report noise, they replied me this is normal honda noise.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. The SUV meet all my family need with space, seating and tech that come from the factory are perfect for us. My wife works as an independent contractor she has a lot of equipment to move during the job hours. I was very pleased with the service Honda of the Avenues provided for my car. I did not have an appointment. I had an unexpected flat tire on the front driver's side of the car. Steve Cole noticed the nail right away, and promptly removed the nail and made the repair. It was a very busy time of the year before Christmas, but Matthew Johnson, service advisor, in the spirit of Christmas, approved a discount on my service repair. I was happy about that!

Definitely an upgrade of our 2017 Pilot. All black leather interior, driver memory settings. White exterior already getting good gas mileage. Haven't had this Pilot a month yet and we're still learning about all the extras. I had a Honda vehicle since 1988. Traded the old Honda in With 141,000 miles.
