In 2018 I bought a 2018 Ford F150 from Lokey Volkswagen. The truck had 16000 miles on it, was lifted, had 35" mud tires on it, and the interior was changed from cloth to leather. The truck was beautiful! I bought the truck, and The salesman suggested I get the extended warranty that would cover me up bumper to bumper up to 100,000 miles. I went ahead and purchased the extra warranty as well because I was traveling a lot so mileage /warranty was a small concern. Fast forward to May 2022, the transmission and both front wheel bearings went bad. I took the truck to my local Ford dealer, and the extended warranty company denied my my claim stating "The tires and lift altered the truck and led to the failures". I was a little miffed over this since I didn't alter anything, this was the way I bought it and an extended warranty was sold to me with it. I called Lokey to get assistance with the warranty company and they couldn't get them to approve it either. Lokey offered to refund the $5000.00 I paid but the repairs we're going to cost twice that amount. After several conversations with Lokey representative Kyle Childers, he offered to replace the transmission and wheel bearings If I could get the truck over to him in Clearwater from Melbourne. I paid the expense for towing the truck and Kyle did the rest (even providing me with a loaner until mine was ready). A lot of dealers would (and could) have said sorry all we have to do is refund what you paid for the warranty. Kyle decided to take the high road instead and ultimately do the "right thing". Some times doing the right thing costs a business money. I'd like to thank Kyle Childers and Brian Belviso for doing just that, "the right ". I would highly recommend Lokey Volkswagen to anyone purchasing a new or used vehicle.

Brought my Passat in for service and wanted to check out getting a new car. The salesperson was Shardai Chaput who was absolutely wonderful. We did come to great agreement without having to sit all day. I wanted to think about it overnight and ended up declining the deal but purely for financial considerations. I am looking at retirement and current auto is all paid for and I am hesitant to take ona car payment. If you go to Lokey be sure to look for her. She’s the young lady with the big smile on her face.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I drive a Honda Pilot Special Edition- It is by far the BEST car I have ever owned. I have no kids but really wanted an SUV. I drove two civics on lease before and went to look at a CRV. The pilot was around the same price to lease as a CRV and boy am I glad I chose this over that! I keep my third row down and the trunk space is incredible. This is a good car to have in your 20’s despite what people have this car for. My lab and yorkie have plenty of space and i absolutely feel like I am driving a sedan still with how smooth and tight and sporty it drives. I still whip like I did in my car!!!! I cant wait for the next generation to come out, I will probably stick with pilots for a while

Purchased a used 2020, after reading all the reviews for all the years, and found one that had the right combo of price and mileage. I am very pleased with the ride; it's basically a Honda Pilot with a bed! I traded a Colorado (which i was very pleased with) but the Ridgeline is a different breed of cat than a small pickup truck. Now i understand why the Car&Driver etc reviewers always rate the Ridgeline ahead of all the other midsize pickups. It's kind of in a category of its own.

I absolutely love my new car. Great design, great on gas, love the color I chose. This car and dealership here in Forest City NC are the best.

I've owned my 2021 Special Edition AWD for a year now. Put 14,000 trouble free miles on it. No problems at all. Just 2 maintenance services. The second service required a differential fluid change along with the normal maintenance. Kind of surprised it needed such an extensive service so soon but I hear the cross vectoring AWD needs frequent fluid changes. Cost $500.00. Otherwise I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Honda makes a very reliable vehicle. The Pilot comes with a bevy of extras and has a very smooth ride for a medium sized SUV.

Purchased new in 2018 and have almost 60,000 miles 95% commuting. I have a 1.5t Touring with the CVT transmission and overall really like the car and all of it's features. What I don't like is the paint which is horrible. I have the dark blue but the worst is the pearl white. Paint started peeling on the roof about 3 years ago. I contacted Honda and they were aware of the problem but I had to threaten a small claims action in order to get them to fix it. Since then the issued a service bulletin for some of the colors and offered to repaint. Still this should not happen with a 3 year old car. I searched online and this is a very common problem with Honda's paint. Love the car but based on how they treated me, next car will be a Toyota....

After owning 2 CRV’s I decided to go with something larger. I’d initially been considering the Pilot, but I didn’t want or need the third row of seats. I’ve had my 2022 Passport for exactly a year now, and I love it. It makes me happy every time I get behind the wheel. For the size of the vehicle the gas mileage isn’t bad; I’m averaging 15-18mpg city and 23-27mpg highway. It handles well and is very comfortable. I’m not a fan if the idle stop, but that seems to be standard on many vehicles now. I’ve become accustomed to turning it off immediately, so it’s not a problem.

Within it's class there is no better value. The overall layout and functionality of the car is superb. The 1.5L Turbo exhibits less turbo lag than any other turbo car I have ever driven. At first I was skeptical about the CVT, however, a hatchback with a 5-speed manual was unavailable (searched a 5 state area) when I purchased in March 2017. I was quite impressed with the performance of the CVT both in acceleration, functionality, and most of all the mileage matched with the engine. (70 mph cruise w/ A/C 38 mpg) Six years and 45K miles later (COVID kept the miles low) the car has had zero repairs other than routine maintenance. Handling is superb. Rear end styling isn't my favorite; but the hatchback is extremely useful in hauling materials (10 ft 2" x 4" lumber with fit with hatch closed). My 5th Honda bought new. (1982 Accord, 1997 Civic, 2002 S2000, 2007 CRV, & 2017 Civic Sport Hatchback).

Initially I had an appointment with Camila, but I went to the dealership early. Jamill then helped me out and showed me the car I ended up taking home. He was upfront and honest with me which is all I need to give my business. Then Camila came and checked on me too, so they definitely made sure I was being taken car of. I was there for five hours which was long, but it all worked out. Hope was very friendly and I am hoping to hear from her soon!

We have now had the CR-V touring hybrid in Ohio for 1 1/2 years and still loving it,NO complaints. Average fuel in winter 33 but in summer conditions 42 and a couple of times 45, Mostly town and country driving 55/60 MPH Now have 15800 miles on the CR-V with NO problems and getting very close for second oil change. Would buy again, For a lot of high way speeds may have bought non hybrid but for our driving needs hybrid is GREAT Larry north central Ohio,

Made in Lincoln, Alabama, this car may be Japanese in name, but built in the USA. Craftsmanship, fit and finishing are excellent. Car arrived in perfect condition. Just an amazing value, nice being in a full-size vehicle that runs on regular. The V6 is quiet and has lots of pep. Lots of room for passengers and all your stuff. Amazing vehicle, that gets the job done.

I have found out today that Amy Henderson has moved from Winston Salem to Tampa,FL. She was so wonderful & friendly to buy a car from. She never was pushy & was able to answer any questions that we had. I bought 2 new cars from her and just wish we could deal with her when needing another one. Didn't know much about this car until i got it. Car is good, economical , looks good. Didn't see much of them on the roads a year ago, but there are many of them now. This shows its gaining popularity.

What a great car! I was originally going to get a CR-V but realized I did not really need that much room so I decided to drop down to an HR-V but then get the highest trim level with all the bells and whistles. So now I have all the great comfort and sensors and top infotainment and still paying less than the CR-V. The drive is very smooth and easy to handle. The only "issue" is that it does not accelerate from a stop very quickly but then again I did not buy this to have a race car. And I just need to get used to this being a bigger car than my previous Fit so the gas mileage is not that great. Anyway, If you are looking for the small end of an SUV, this is definitely a car you should focus on.

I’ve only had the 2023 Honda Passport Trailsport for a brief time but have found it to be a great vehicle. The V6 engine delivers excellent acceleration with its 280hp and it sounds great. A real step up from most competitors in this class that use 4 cylinder turbocharged engines. Now the mpg is not as strong, but I have averaged 19/26 which is quite good for a vehicle this size. It uses regular unleaded which is also a money saver. Love how the Trailsport drives, good handling, smooth, yet you don’t feel like you are behind the wheel of a minivan or a car. Feels powerful with great visibility like a truck. The interior room is great, unmatched in the class. Tons of legroom in the second row of seats and the back has lots of space. The vehicle comes with all the usual technology, including safety items, but Honda has kept it simple and intuitive to use. If in the market for a mid size suv, the passport is a hidden gem that flies a bit under the radar.

Is it my old Acura TL? No. Is it my Expedition? No. Is it a wonderful, rolling compromise of tight handling, larger SUV amounts of cargo and comfortable passenger space, a real V6, Honda reliability and engineering in a package that gets a lot better than “truck” mileage? Yes. An extraordinary example of function over form, and a beautiful compromise of everything I was looking for in a daily vehicle. If it had a timing CHAIN it would be a 5.

Excellent performer. Plenty of zip and power. I’ve recorded 39.6 mpg in warm weather last year. Down and back to Florida was recorded at 38.8. Very spacious, excellent cargo capacity. I’m 6’9” and am comfortable behind the wheel.

I began my search of a vehicle and took one entre day driving from dealer to dealer. Started in Land O Lakes area, then to Tampa, St Pete. I stopped and tried negotiating a deal for several types of cars I was interested in at 6-7 dealerships. I had no luck, my credit was "shot gunned" to several banks that I was not aware of. Mostly all the dealers had high pressure tactics or a complete lack of interest to sell a car. After a bad experience on a dealership on US 19, I was just about to give up. The day was coming to an end, mentally wore out, and confused on how some of these places stay in business with the way people are treated. I looked one last time on the internet and came across a car I liked and it was close. I promised myself that this was it and I was done with trying to purchase a car for a while. My last stop was Ford of Port Richey, thinking this was going to be another bad experience, I opened the door to the showroom and was immediately greeted by John Depietro, he listened to what my plan was for purchasing the car, ran numbers for me, took me on a test drive, and then discussed everything with Waseem (Manager) came back and told me that they could make it happen. It was a much better deal for the same type of car I looked at previously at other dealerships. I waited for a short time, John took me into see Micheal the finance person and he was very friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The deal was done and I drove away with confidence that when the time is right again, I will be coming back to Ford of Port Richey first to avoid the stress of dealing with most dealerships that have one mission - make as much as you can and take advantage anywhere they can. Great car; turbo 1.5 liter, very peppy. Had one issue with my info screen which was satisfactorily resolved. In eco mode, getting 34 mpg. Like the exterior styling very much, and would buy another Civic. Have had two Honda Accords in the past.
