After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

My daughter and I were traveling from WI to Iowa, when about 15 miles from the dealership, my check engine light came on. I went directly to the dealership. Without an appointment, they were able to get me in, figure out the problem, fix it and get us on our way. I was so grateful that we weren't turned away and that they made time in their schedule to fit us in! They kept me informed the entire time and sent us on our way 3 hours later. Very grateful and appreciative!!!

This is a solid comfortable car nearing luxury status. My only concern is the infotainment system freezing at times and ignition loses connection with the FOB every once in awhile.

It's unpleasant and painful to be reminded that only two items of maintenance on just one car - replacing transmission fluid and flushing brake line - would cost just short of $400. For senior citizens on a very fixed income in this economy, that is hard. Yet the work was necessary, and the dealership gave me a discount. For that I am grateful. It seems that the work was done properly as well as promptly.

Good car good buying process just wobbles a little at around 70-80 mph while on highway. Might just be a small alignment with only my car may not be a consistent problem.

My sales person Alex Valdez was great! I thought he would give up on me because I was very picky and expected alot. I had resigned myself to keeping my current car, but then he found me the perfect vehicle and I love it! All in all it was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend McGrath Honda/Elgin. 3 main qualities I look for when shopping for a car are good mpg, plenty of space, and a bit of get up n go power. I feel like I easily got everything I wanted and as a bonus also ended up with a great looking car as well as reliable. You can easily achieve low 40’s mpg on the highway with the 1.5L motor. That’s even better than my wife’s hybrid suv. My one and only minor complaint is that I feel like the wheels are a bit too big. Maybe I’m just acting like an old man, even at 42 years old LoL but I prefer rims a bit smaller but with meatier tires. Unfortunately Honda didn’t make very many of the LX models which come with 17” rims instead of the 19’s like my Sport has. So you do feel bumps in the road pretty good with those low profile tires.

Got this car as part of a trade with my 2013 Chevy Malibu. It's not a bad car did have a few issues with the spark plugs that came out of nowhere. And they had to be replaced along with a few other issues but outside of that it's been a pretty reliable car that has gotten me from point a to point b. Everything works well the Bluetooth has worked wonders along with the seats being comfortable and it drives smooth.

I received timely and quality service and am very satisfied with the results. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Rock County Honda.

Reliability is what I look for in a car. The 2014 Civic lacks some of the electronics in modern cars but that is good. The more stuff in a car the more likely something will go wrong. I had no plans to get another car until an idiot totaled the car.

I travelled out of state for my purchase and Brad did a great job at answering my multitude of questions! They had a driver pick us up at the airport(1 hour away), washed and filled up the car. I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

2002 Honda Accord V-6 EX. Best car I have ever owned. Elderly woman drove it to the grocery store, the Doctor's office and church. It was a garage find in 2017. 15 years old at the time with 22K miles. Everything looked like new. It still smelled new.... 3k dollars and out the door. New tires and off on a road trip to Colorado from South Florida. 107K miles now. Just replaced all brake calipers, rotors and pads. New speed sensor on the trans cured "shift issues". All new tune-up, engine seals including oil pan gasket. EVERYTHING works. LOVE THIS CAR!!

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

Civic LX sedan.Small car that is extremely reliable and handles like a sports car. Stereo is average. Seats are a little stiff. Low to the ground makes it a little hard to get in and out. Rides great, handles even better. 118,000 miles without an issue. 36 mpg combined every day. Dont care for CVT transmission, feels slightly sluggish but will get the job done.

Have owned the Touring version for 4 months and 2000 miles. Averaging a solid 45mpg on mixed roads. Even with the 19" wheels and tires I found this much quieter than the previous generation. Not a head turner, but I don't need that kind of attention any more. Biggest downside is no seat height adjustment for front passenger. Biggest plusses include very stable at all speeds, feels well planted, huge back seat and trunk, very good infotainment, and the Bose system is very good for most. Very comfortable for my 6' frame. It's no race car, but it is actually fun to drive. And that comes from someone that previously owned a 2019 Acura RDX. Except for a little engine noise at low speeds, transition from electric to gas is seamless.

We purchased a car from Dart Motors for our daughter. We walked in, they let her drive whatever she wanted & were very pleasant to deal with, not like your typical used car salesman that stalks you on the lot. They had no problem with us taking it to our mechanic to have it checked out. It coded on a few items & they repaired those items & even items that we didn’t ask them to fix. They also give a 3 month power train warranty as a bonus as a standard practice. The paperwork process only took an hour. They are wonderful here. They really care & they have some pretty cool cars. Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I really like my Honda Civic. It has been very reliable and in the 5 years I have had it there haven't been any major repairs or problems. Since I am short I have gotten a cushion to sit on since the model I got sits lower to the ground. The keyless entry and ignition has worked out very well for me.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted and had all my questions answered. Salesman made me feel comfortable with no pressure to purchase.

My civic 4cylinder runs smoothly I love being in it but honestly Honda is my favorite brand of car,very roomy just love the inside and outside design of the car

I absolutely love this car. I traded my 2023 Subaru Outback Touring XT for this 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. I absolutely love the way it drives. I have had hybrids before from Toyota and they drive like you know they are a hybrid with noisy obnoxious engines. This car is smooth and has great road manners. It isn't a sports car by any means, but I love the way it drives. It is not your typical fuel sipping hybrid SUV. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

I have owned my HR-V for about a month. Did have to tint my windows was no big deal. I think it had great power has alot on get up and go. Just the right size for me. Still learning what all the buttons do. Overall I am very pleased. First Honda owned.

Going into my one year anniversary with my 2023 CR-V Hybrid Touring and is still performing like is brand new. It's very quiet and it's giving me like 40 miles per gallon. I had a 2021 hybrid RAV4 and I am glad I traded in for my CR-V Hybrid. I really recommend the new CR-V Hybrid.

This car is a big step up from a Nissan Altima. Lots of space and the ride is smooth. The engine is a bit noisy when idle(clicking noise from the direct injection), and there's also a drone sound when acceleratinf beyond 60mph(not sure if this could be cause of the new tires or not), but other than those noises, it's a smooth machine!
